We went there in a chilly morning. The view of the falls is magnificent. Nature at it best. The strength of the stream just before the falls incredible. Eorth getting there

The intensity of nature can be felt first hand with this unique attraction at Niagara Falls. Cave of the Winds is a tour that should be on everyone's list when visiting the falls. The cave is run by NY State Parks Recreation and Historic Preservation and offers guests an opportunity to see how powerful the falls are at a viewing area at the bottom of the falls. Yes, there's a good chance you'll get wet from this excursion and in some cases, you can choose to get absolutely drenched! Highly recommended. (PS - Bring a change of clothes)

Wow! First time that we crossed Rainbow Bridge and visited the Niagara Falls State Park, and we loved it. Unfortunately, since it's winter time, most of the viewpoints that are close to the falls were closed for safety reasons. We will definitely return when they are open. It was still a great experience to see the American Falls from this angle and feel the power!
The views of Horseshoe Falls were not great since Terrapin Point on Goat Island was closed.
Parking in the winter when we visited was only $5 (as opposed to the $35 that you have to pay on a weekend on the Canadian side of the falls).
We parked, then walked to the Niagara Falls Observation Tower, then Prospect Point, then to Goat Island, and back.
We will definitely return, and we'll do Cave of the Winds, and walk to all the viewpoints!

Great way to see falls. October is best time with less tourists. Plenty of room to see the falls and foliage.

We got to see the whirlpools from above on the trail. It was very interesting, and worthwhile. The area of the whirlpools is very deep.

Took by boyfriend for his birthday and his first time visiting the falls. Much to see and do here. Fall is the best time to go.

The stairs back out can be a bit strenuous on a hot and humid day so be sure to bring water and take breaks, it is worth it!

This was a nice walk to this vantage point to view some of the rapids. I don't think we could see the actual falls from there. Nice, peaceful quiet area.

Resort and Casino was good for the price. Most restaurants only stay open until 10 pm. Staff are nice.

Stopped by the Visitor Center just before closing to get some information on the State Park and other attractions. The staff was incredibly helpful and they even gave us additional information that made our trip even better. Very happy with the help offered!

This mall is at the entrance to Niagara Falls, NY. We've been two days in Niagara, and on day 1 weather was pretty bad with strong winds and rain so we spent it mostly here.
We found good choice of stores and some bargain shopping. Good food court.

What a great little find! We expected it to be so crowded but it was not. We love the ability to be close to the sea life and animals. They were filming so we could not see the seal performance, but the seal did perform for the cameras. The staff at the ray encounter was so nice and helpful. We had the whole place to ourselves and he gave us so much information about the rays. Very good place for little kids as it is not too big and displays are easy to see.

I really enjoyed learning about the history of Niagara Falls, the underground railroad and the Cataract House. The tour guide did a wonderful job of painting the story and I was able to visualize and stand in the actual place our ancestors stood while seeking freedom. Very creative museum exhibit. I was very impressed with the animations and the replicated Cataract House dining room area.
