There was a very large family that was rude and inconsiderate of our time. One of the family members even became violent, which Ed handled unbelievably professionally....I was about to take care of the situation because of my son being present. Ed made us feel safe and cared for the entire time. The experiences we did get to have were enjoyable. Although you still wait in line for attractions (Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds), you bypass the ticket lines with your guide. LISTEN to the guide, they give directions and set time expectations to continue onto the next attraction. Weather may impact your experience. It was the highlight of the trip to Niagara Falls. The tour guide makes every effort to make sure that you get a great tour. You will ride the Maid of the Midst so close to Horseshoe falls that there will be water on three sides! You WILL get wet, but it's worth it.
