He went out of his way to accommodate all of us without missing a thing. He was very pleasant and know alot about the Falls. - Laura S4 contributionsTyler was friendly, capable, knowledgeable and fun to be around. He was punctual and made us feel right at home from the beginning. The van was clean and new - lots of room. The small group setting created intimacy and the freedom to explore. This tour gave us the ability to skip most of the attraction lines. Definitively recommend. It is worth every penny. The tour was very basic and just went to each of the falls and lasted an hour (which we chose the 90-minute tour). I'm sure this was due to the small group size and a lot of questions weren't asked. Unfortunately, for the price, I'd not take this tour again and would not recommend it to anyone. Our guide, Mohammed (hope I’ve spelled his name correctly) was amazing! He was knowledgeable, entertaining, personable, friendly, and just fantastic! He kept the group engaged and informed. When we got a bit lost before the tour even began, he went above and beyond to help us find our meeting spot. - Liane W1 contributionMy son and I booked this tour. Our guide, Jacob, was friendly, knowledgeable and has a good sense of humor. If you have not been on the USA Maid of the Mist, it is an experience well worth having. I loved getting drenched in the spray from the falls and it was an energizing experience. However, the web site doesn't actually mention that the tour before the boat ride is a WALKING tour. My wife and I have been married for more than 52 years and haven't been able to get to the falls before. Misty Thunder and our driver/guide/jokester/singer Ray did us right. The trip was modified for our interests and abilities. Ray knew all the places. He explained what we were seeing and provided lots of background for it all. Because my wife is diabetic we had to stop for lunch. Ray took us to the Anchor bar for Buffalo wings. Terrific!
