- Isabel CBarrie, Canada76 contributionsDisappointing. It's no longer a outlet where you can get deals. After factoring the exchange rate, gas and meals it's cheaper to stay in CanadaWritten November 22, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - 697billmAllison Park, PA352 contributionsI was expecting a little larger. The penguins, otters, and sea lions are in my opinion the main attraction. For the price of admission you get to visit two sites. The main aquarium build and the lake 360, a 2 -5 minute walk away. I was able to visit both in about an hour. The price at first seemed high, but in today's value most likely true costWritten November 7, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - KritomangBallwin, MO36 contributionsHotel was very nice, contrary to other reviews. Room. Halls, lobby, all very clean and nice. The staff were the rudest people this side of New York City. Rude is an attitude not a characteristic. There is no place in hospitality for rude people, but yet places still employ them. Arrogant and condescending attitudes must be a training tool so they don't have to actually be hospitable. Try training your people. You can get the same results, but with a smile and kindness. Even kindness in return to their arrogance was met with more arrogance. I'd rather stay somewhere else and pay more, or have less amenities then to pay the salaries of these rude, untrained customer service facing employees for their services (Excluding Angela at breakfast, Antonio and Christopher at the western door steakhouse. ). At the hostess stand at the western door steakhouse, the hostess was like a tired Grandma, and the person seating us looked like she just lost her dog. Sour puss and no conversation. Terrible. Why should your customers deal with this. Front desk- awful. Front desk manager- awful. Stop treating people like YOU are the warden.Written July 2, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- 697billmAllison Park, PA352 contributionsNice visitor center close to the Niagara Falls State Park. The staff is very helpful and provided helpful information. You can pick up several pamphlets on the area. They also have a small gift shop. Great place to pick up visitor information.Written November 6, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- JensdhaSaint Louis, MO86 contributionsWe spent two hours here and could have made it longer but it was closing time. My sons are 21 & 24, their grandparents and myself really enjoyed it. A volunteer, Walter L. Was our guide and we all feel we were fortunate to have been able to meet him. He entertained with stories and got into the details of engine function, various planes and also much more. We thoroughly enjoyed getting to meet him and appreciate the time he spent answering questions and also debating thoughts about various aircraft. Our “boys” and my dad(their grandfather) were captivated.
We highly recommend a visit here. The exhibits are very well done and the staff and volunteers were wonderful.Written September 2, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We were visiting from England so much of the information was new to us. Would recommend to other travellers.Written September 26, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- ChristinaCherry Hill, NJ8 contributionsMy fiance and I visited the Niagara Wine Trail in October and it was beautiful. We used Amore di Vino tours and Denise was wonderful. She organized a tour for us with tastings at multiple wineries and a distillery. Lunch was also included among other snacks and surprises. Our driver, Harold, was wonderful. The wineries were all fun to visit and had delicious wines, but our favorite by far was Spring Lake Winery. It was absolutely beautiful there, with a large food menu and music, we could have stayed there all day and would definitely go back and visit again. Definitely make sure you visit Spring Lake Winery!Written May 21, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- rich52976 contributionsBeen wanting to go here for years. Great old, classic wax museum . Displays are old and not well lit. Some figures make no sense. Like Julia Robert? Great daredevil exhibit, some real artifacts I think.

- BrakiWorldTravelerBelgrade, Serbia20,038 contributionsThis is I think the only Church in Niagara Falls (at least I saw no other). It's a nice old stone Church, however we found it closed during our two days stay, so cannot comment the interiors.Written May 29, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - peaceozLewiston, NY60 contributionsThe Castellani isn't big but they use the space well. The artwork they have is very interesting and many of the rooms have changing exhibits They offer wonderful programs throughout the year. Classes for children and adults, speakers and fun activities to get everyone involved in art. Parking is terrible so either park at the Power Vista (an easy walk) or take the free Niagara Shuttle which drops you off right out front.Written November 5, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - beachykeen17Missouri223 contributionsAs an arcade connoisseur, I have high expectations for fun. This arcade didn't meet them.
The games don't take cash. You have to pre-load money onto a card at a kiosk. Strike one. Strike two: no staff. Strike three: small selection of games. Strike four: many were out of order. And strike five: prizes are only vended from a machine, and there aren't any in reasonable ticket amounts.

I would add BEAUTIFUL to that title as well! I love this store for a number of reasons. It has that defiant strength and determination. It remains an anchor to a community that has experienced blight (the BAD). Parts of Main Street in Niagara Falls are empty buildings abandoned (the UGLY) when retail moved to the suburbs, but (and now the GOOD) I've NEVER felt unsafe here whatsoever. I remember walking by the shop a few decades ago, and the window display drew my attention. It was a real find because it is so unexpected! Rest assured you are safe because the huge, relatively new City of Niagara Falls Police Station is right next door, and I am sure that as a long-time member of the community, they look out for this store especially hard! As well, the modern Niagara Falls Amtrak Station and the Underground Railroad Museum are about a block down the street as you leave the downtown and head toward the more affluent and historic Deveaux neighborhood. There is on-the-street parking right in front of the store which had been the main entrance, but a sign directs people to enter near the parking lot behind the store. Inside, WOW, a literary maven's delight, though maybe an archivists' nightmare, unless you are the owner. He has worked here so long that what might seem overwhelming is easily accessible just from his memory. Some may perceive him as a bit quirky, but he is a truly decent person who is passionate about his work. I credit him with keeping the independent book store alive and vibrant in an area that might otherwise be a literary desert. I'm not talking just the immediate area, but all of Niagara Falls and beyond. New or used, you have a good chance of finding it here. The catalog is so vast, many books are not even cataloged. That's what some avid, leisurely browsing and some wonderful serendipity come into play. They do a significant amount of mail order here, orders can be collected, and prices reasonable. It's not a sterile chain bookstore that you can walk into and expect the same experience whether it is New York or Little Rock, but a unique friendly community place that harkens back to "old fashioned" in-person discussion, debate, and shared experience in a quest for knowledge and truth. I say that "The Entire World Seems Encapsulated in This Store" because as soon as you walk in, become engrossed in any topic, you're immediately drawn into the reality of your own mind, and expanding it. You'd have to go to New York (Strand Books) to see anything more expansive in books. Why bother when this might be so close to you, and the parking is free.Written July 21, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
