What travellers are saying
- Dr Mahendra N MishraNew Delhi, India150 contributionsThe Mandir which is dedicated to Goddess Durga is centrally located and we had got a parking space easily. It is very big and is surrounded by other temples as in temples devoted to Lord Ram, Lord Krishna and as is obvious from the name is on a water body. Footwear is kept in a locker meant for the purpose, after which one can wash one's hands and feet before entering the temple. There is an impressive cut out of Mt. Kailash complete with representation of Lord Shiva, Goddess Durga and Nandi. Around the temple is the office area and many shops are available to purchase flowers and sweets or dry fruits what one can choose to offer to the deity.Written November 14, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. It’s a place that sparks curiosity and ignites a passion for science in young minds. While there’s always room for improvement, especially in maintaining all the exhibits, the overall experience was overwhelmingly positive.Yes, there might be areas needing attention, but the overall experience was both enriching and inspiring.
Many exhibits were fully functional and engaging, sparking curiosity in young minds. The cleanliness was adequate, especially considering the high volume of visitors, and it was clear that the staff is making a concerted effort to maintain the premises. As for the food, while it might not be gourmet, it was certainly satisfactory, keeping in mind the logistical challenges of serving thousands of students daily.Written August 16, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
