What travellers are saying
- Laura SVictoria, Canada2 contributionsLovely small winery that has a great selection of wines available. We tasted 4: 2 whites, a sparkling, and a red and all were really enjoyable. The lady who led us through the tasting was very personable, nice to chat with, and shared with us some great info about the wines and the history of the winery.Written August 2, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - nirvanaHampshireAxminster, UK77 contributionsWe chose to visit just because we loved the name. And so glad we did. What a hidden gem. Even though we didn't have an appointment, Jen was gracious and welcoming. We loved their different approach to wine making, especially with the fruit wines. Excellent visit, thank you so much.Written April 27, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Nicole K3 contributionsPumpkins and wine, what more could a girl ask for at the beginning of fall. We stumbled upon this amazing place after asking a few locals where would be a unique place to go sip wine as I am not from the area. When we drove up to Lake Breeze I was very excited by the rustic farmstead area and all the pumpkins so we had to start there. We were instantly greeted by the friendly staff and given two tumblers and we sat at a cute little table awaiting our tasting. Michelle was super friendly and inviting which made the tasting a fun experience! We enjoyed playing corn hole and I enjoyed the photo ops with the pumpkins. They have cute little chickens running around and a beautiful garden area. We then wandered towards the restaurant, the patio area was gorgeous and the food was so fresh and tasty. The patio restaurant was a great way to end the day! The ambience and friendliness of staff made this such a great experience. Perfect place for a fall dateWritten September 25, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- murmac2017Toronto, Canada156 contributionsThese folks know lavender. Culinary lavender and the tea are big favorites. The soap is beautiful. The Provençal linens are gorgeous. The new location is accessible and has all the stock of the old one. We return every year without fail.Written July 13, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Teresa JWest Kelowna, Canada14 contributionsWe had a lovely afternoon at Joie Winery. Pleasantly greeted by Zach with their canned Tiny Bubbles. Very delicious and refreshing. I’m all for wines in cans for our busy outdoor activities.
Sean did an amazing job with our tastings. So knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed the line up of wines.
We stayed for pizza and enjoyed more wine. We also had a friendly visit from Barney. Well behaved and such a good dog!

I liked that there were options for the tastings. Delicious and especially loved the coffee slush. We did not have a booking but they were still able to accommodate us. Great spot outside to sit with a great view!Written August 2, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- sueSpalding, UK8 contributionsOur party of four walked up the hills from Naramata Centre to visit this winery. And we were so glad to have made the effort. We were warmly greeted by Helen with a glass of sparkling pink, then given time to take in our surroundings, admire the stunning views, settle in and meet Dan the dog and Max the properly aloof cat. Helen put on some music - real LPs! - before giving us a short and very interesting history of the vineyard and its vine stock. We then tasted four wines, in two pairs, under Helen’s guidance, with a break in between the pairs so we could relax and chat among ourselves (and praise Max for bringing us a mouse from the field…). We asked lots of questions which Helen patiently answered with good humour.
It was a lovely relaxed way to learn about the wine industry in the region and the wines themselves were quality - we returned the following day by car to purchase some (we didn’t want to carry them back down the hill). Highly recommend this winery for its output, position, friendly and knowledgeable staff and of course Max the sommelier cat!Written October 7, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. It began at the legendary Shiraz producer Mount Langi Ghiran in the state of Victoria where his family were part owner and his uncle was the winemaker. Being close to a world class inspiration and enjoying the possibilities of Shiraz WM Marcus Ansems (Adelaide University, South Africa, Tuscany, Rhone, Ontario, Blasted Church Vineyards, Therapy Vineyards, Master of Wine) pursued his dream with the renowned Aussie fervour we all admire.
Finishing university Marcus globetrotted continents gaining expertise, and learning tradition until he met his wonderful wife Rachel whilst in Niagara. The wine smitten couple transplanted to the Okanagan in 2004 and daydreamed together to create the beautiful award-winning and internationally recognized portfolio on the Naramata Bench (2013).
Daydreamer Wines is proof that a quaint, unassuming cabana can have a surprising silver lining. Organic, hand picked, basket press, wild fermented and unapologetically Australian!
I truly admire these vignerons as their tradition, passion and humble approach translates in every incredible sip- Sensational! 🇦🇺🇨🇦🏆🍷🥂

Our 1st wine tasting was here @ Serendipity. They had just opened & we were the only visitors. Owner came outside & did the tasing with us - lovely wines.
