We thoroughly enjoyed our tour w Robert. There were 8 on our tour so the tour was very flexible. Our first stop was Highland Village in Iona. It was really nicely down “living history” village. The hostesses were in costume and character. We even got homemade molasses cookies out of the cast iron oven! Next we went to the Bell museum which was very nice. We stopped for lunch in Baddeck. We loved it. Sat outside on a deck overlooking the lake. The chowder and scallops were delicious. As a bonus, it was open mike and a guitarist who was in town for the Celtic Colors Music festival was playing. All in all a great day!!!!
Arranged this trip from home. Everything was arranged perfectly. We were picked up at the pier where our ship was docked and returned one hour before sailing time as promised. Our driiver was excellent and stopped at various sight seeing spots to allow us to take photographs. Perfect day out and would recommend this Company to anyone that would like to see a bit of the Cabot Trail.a
We took this tour off a Celebrity 15-day round trip to Quebec out of NYC. The Baedick and Bras D'Or Lakes are a stunningly beautiful in the fall. Our guide let us stop for photo ops at will, took us to a sweet waterside restaurant with a variety of pub and seafood offerings. The rural village was fun to walk and explore.Even when stressed for time on the return he managed the situation very well for all of the cruise ship disembarkation.
Harry gave us a wonderful and informative tour. We feel lucky to have had him as our tour guide. Lots of local information great stories and informative side trips.
