We made a quick stop here to stretch our legs and to enjoy the scenery on a recent visit to the Portland area. Lovely greenery everywhere and it smells fantastic. Would love to explore further one day! Only down side was that we felt nervous leaving anything in our car because there were multiple signs warning you not to leave anything of value there. Makes me wonder how often cars get broken into here.

Great place to take your family? Very educational. Children can learn about nature. They have summer camps as well.

This is a hidden gem to spend an hour or two walking around and soaking in the beauty of the trees, gardens and walkways.

Recently converted to an AMC theater. $15 hamburgers and $11 beers, but you can bring the food into the theater with you. Good sound system but seats in theater 6 were uncomfortable. Parking can be a problem for popular movies.

A very nice linear park allowing you to follow Fanno Creek and see wild life while also being a great place to let the younger ones run around without danger of cars.

"Park" is a pretty generous term for this pond next to a shopping center. It is lovely to walk around and a great place to get the kids' wiggles out while waiting for a table at one of the nearby restaurants.

there are lots of trail to explore and a cute natural free play area for the kids. the free play area is where kids are encouraged to play in the trees and among the logs that are scattered about.

This was my very first time attending a wine tasting at an actual vineyard. I had a very good experience here. The vineyard provided a great view while you sip and socialize around the property. They had a limited selection of wines to chose from but overall still a good experience.

Beautiful spot to experience elegant wine. The owner, Eric Hamacher, is an engaging and friendly person who loves to educate visitors about his unique winemaking process. A fun Bocce Ball court is available. Close to Portland and easy to find.

This is a great place, no other church like it. The pastor really cares & talked to my group after service, free dougnuts & a real friendly place with no pushing religion onto us.

Our first visit there was enjoyable and was easy to get around on a paved trail with a cane. The visitor center building had comments earlier visitors had seen there that day listed, like the birds and animals, etc. We saw 2 deer while there and will definitely be going back to explore more trails.

We were there with our three kids 6, 4 and 3 months. We did the tasting from Hamacher winery. The wines were good but not excellent except their Chardonnay. We ended up buying a bottle and drinking a little of it sitting outside on the patio. It was really cozy. The boys were playing with a fountain while we were having a little down time. Trust me, when you have three kids these moments are precious. We will return. We look forward to try more of their wine and return to this quiet jewel location.

St. Barts, a part of the Episcopal Church USA embraces the Episcopal tradition and welcomes all. As an Episcopal Church, St Bart's provides both scriptural and liturgical worship. St. Bart's is well known in the community for its rich musical tradition. No one is told how to worship or what to believe. What remains important in the Episcopal Church is that each individual is free to pursue his or her own worship benefiting both from the scriptures which are read every service and the celebration of Christ's life, his passion, and his resurrection.

In addition to worship, St Bart's is engaged actively in the community. For example, they operate a food pantry providing a wide range of normal groceries and meat. They also provide English as a second language to non-English speakers. The two rectors are available to provide comfort and guidance to anyone who asks for assistance.

Went her last year and it was comfortable enough, but seemed to be a mostly older congregation and a more traditional service. Whereas many churches now are mixing things up a bit with some traditional and some more contemporary elements, I did not see this at First Baptist of Beaverton. Very friendly, coffee and pastries after service and a very nice message given.
