Wonderfully done. Been to a lot of marine centers and estuaries but this one is the best. It is well done with live tanks and beautiful static displays. Volunteers are very knowledgeable and helpful. Many hands on activities for the kids and adults.

Dropped in with my stand up paddle at the Charleston harbor, south end of highway. Very pretty, interesting wildlife. Highly recommend a hard board or hard shell kayak, etc. Got nervous on my inflatable SUP when seals went on a feeding frenzy. Got a little too close, sharp teeth.

Went two times to get a picture because it was a foggy day. Still with the fog it was terrific. Next day was better just wish I could have gotten closer.

We've stayed in the Marina RV park a number of times, mostly in Winter months when it's not filled to capacity, lots of wide open spaces. This time, completely filled so we had close neighbors on each side but, as usual in RV parks, neighbors were fun to become acquainted with and enjoyable. Restroom & shower facilities were clean, entire campground was litter free and the registration clerk was friendly. In addition to all those "nice things", we appreciate that the location is so centrally located for visits to casinos, restaurants, downtown, Shore Acres and other state parks. Even with all that good stuff, RV sites (with full hook-ups) are modestly priced.

EZ to get to. Nice clean beach for walking and enjoying the ocean. People were surfing and windsurfing there.

Unique souvenirs, but the antique section is where the shop really shines! Great variety of old books and cards, boat parts, doilies and handkerchiefs. The prices felt reasonable and the service was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Awesome crew! Fishing started out slow but the captain kept searching and nearly everyone had a full limit of rockfish, lings and at least 3 Cabazon. The crew is very professional and attentative to thier customers. Their rods, reels and baits are top notch and made in the USA. My buddy and I were very impressed with the entire operation and I can't recommend them enough!

Booked them for a crabbing trip and it was great. While we didn't catch many crabs, about 30 (early trips in the week were pulling about 60-80), we had so much fun. My family pulled pots, baited new ones and measured for keepers. They also cleaned and cooked the crab for us. We will absolutely use them on our next fishing trip when in the area.
