I decided to check out the university while staying in the town. The campus was beautiful, with some emphasis on agricultural theme. The flowers were bloomed so it added some beauty to the overall scenery. Some metered parings available for visitor.

This is a major stop for birds heading from north to south and back again. It is in the Willamette flyway. There are cougars, elk, bobcats, deer, possum, raccoon, otter,

The place is accessible in different parts according to nesting seasons. Their are numerous hiking trails and elevated wetland walkways. Go to the website and dig out your binoculars. We attend frequently through the seasons. Flora is super.

Great produce, breads, meats, flowers and more! Knife and yard trimmer sharpening booth was an interesting and useful addition. Plus you’re in downtown so it’s easy to pop into restaurants, stores, etc.

Be sure to watch the road sign and do not rely on Google Maps. You may be directed to a private road, so watch out. Aside, the walk was pleasant. It is not crowded but you will see some local people enjoying their morning walk.

Tyee is a true treasure of the Southern Willamette Valley . The setting , attention to detail is extraordinary in the vineyard and orchard . Organic , and blessed with the most gifted winemaker who resides in her vineyard and farm . But this is where it begins . The Wines say it all . About all aspects. The Pinot Noir is remarkable, year after year .Barrel Select , too. An Alsace style dry Gewurztraminer is heavenly , one of the best in North America , The sumptuous Pinot Gris begs for the great local seafood.
And an intriguing balanced Chardonnay showing its heritage and shining without wood. Family Owned and loved by many.

There are few places that allow horseback riding close to populated areas. OSU has made this beautiful area available for multiple use and we are incredibly grateful.

I took my spouse for her birthday because she LOVES 2 Towns Cider. We drove down from the Seattle area to experience great cider from the tap and to taste varieties we can’t get in our local area. It was great! We spent the afternoon sampling some awesome ciders and took home a couple of growlers full. Don’t miss the Westward Whiskey cider, very limited edition, and their apple wines, simply fantastic!! They are our number one cider company. The Pommelier that was working during our visit was extremely knowledgeable about the 2 Towns process for creating ciders and the flavor profile for all. A tremendous experience and my spouse was sooo happy!! This is a “don’t miss visit” on your trip to Corvallis.

If you enjoy hikes, scenery and quiet areas, I highly recommend this stop. We came with our dog and they allow off leash of your dog is able to recall. There’s a lake and picnic areas. It’s beautiful.

The natural area is an amazing Willamette river floodplain forest, take the time to stop, look and listen, birdlife is abundant, habitat and nesting sites for eagles, ospreys, herons, songbirds, waterfowl and more. Please note there are ground nesting birds here so stay on trails and don't let dogs run into the underbrush.
This area should probably be protected as a nature/wildlife refuge, from the towering cottonwood trees to the forest flowers, it is a gem.

This is a beautiful park and a nice place to stop for a picnic. Restrooms are conveniently located there. It features large oak trees, native plants, and the river Mary. There are flat and accessible trails for walking.
