- Deborah TMaryland279 contributionsA fairly small, well maintained, animal rescue for animals that were victims of all kinds of human treatment. Some were confiscated in drug houses.. others were picked up in illegal animal trade.. some others just couldn't continue to be where they were. For whatever reason, I am happy they found their way here. The volunteers and caretakers are absolutely amazing with these animals. Be sure to pick up some animal food when you pay your entry fee.. I think you will enjoy feeding the gibbon, emus, alpacas, goats, fallow deer, etc.Written June 9, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - NanFanPanRockaway, NJ3 contributionsWe were delighted to find this lovely farm with three buildings, including a restored 1720 trader’s cabin. Lots of early bottles and real antiques...many with original paint. Very knowledgeable owner and lots of cute sheep! Definitely worth a stop if you’re visiting Gettysburg or in search of authentic antiques.Written January 15, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - FamilyTime23Lancaster PA337 contributionsWe googled the address and we ended up about 1/4 mile away....must happen a lot because many no trespassing signs all over the driveway. We were the only people to visit on a Sunday afternoon. This is a well built / kept property. There is a small craft shop there also....high quality items. At this time they had only 2 goats, a few other farm animals. The family that owns this property is very friendly. This would be a great location for a childs or adult party. Large fire pit , place for music.Written August 30, 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Paulski67Severna Park, MD17 contributionsThe golf course was a lot of fun, a challenge and everyone was really friendly. Several holes were hitting over water with a mountain in the background. It was kind of neat to play golf next to ski lifts that I ride in the winter.
I would definitely playing here if you like golf. The recently made a huge resort like building here so there is onsite lodging with an indoor pool.Written September 12, 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
