A really nice atmosphere in this place. Super friendly staff and very reasonable prices. We noticed that they welcomed dogs, so naturally Archie the wire-haired Fox Terrier came along. Staff came out to greet him immediately. I was shocked that a full-pour flight of 4 different wines was only $12. Wine-infused soft ice cream made sense since I found 90% of the wines a bit sweet for my taste. My companion and I tried 8 different wines together and we both found several we would definitely drink again. Then I tried the Dark Magic Sangria it was delicious and infused with glitter making the deep purple wine swirl like a Van Gogh painting. We ended up leaving with two growlers full of the Dark Magic. They were very busy this day which included a full bus, but the staff handled the crowd very quickly and efficiently. Well done. BYOF (bring your own food) is an option however small snacks are always available and a schedule of food trucks is also online.

we were staying in AIRBNB nearby and my wife found this park "attraction near me". this state park has to offer something for every age group. Picnic, swimming in lake, BBQ, park, kayaking, Jet skiing, etc...seems like There’s no shortage of outdoor adventure in the Pocono Mountains

just over an hour from Philadelphia, it is popular with those who enjoy exploring the great outdoors. visitors can enjoy more than 500 feet of sandy shoreline along Beltzville Lake. This swimming beach is open during the summer months, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, from 8:00 a.m. to sunset.
much of the park is centered around a beautiful lake, providing plenty of opportunities for fishing, swimming, boating, picnic, and hiking.

As Beltzville State Park is a day-use recreational facility, no camping is available onsite.

Riverview Park has become a staple for me. Going down to play disc golf on its well kept, newly updated course with constant improvements happening(including tags), The crazy Chicken Lady’s delicious pierogis, as well as all of the new campsites with fire rings, to the bathrooms and walking trails! If your looking for something to do as an individual or with a family or group of friends, you will find something that interests you here! Clean and pet friendly!

The couple that own this farm, Dennis and Evalynn, met us at the gate, knew our names and were just awesome to spend time with while they explained everything about their "boys". They really care about what they do and are long time residents of the area. A very nice couple that you can just talk to all day? Would highly recommend

A family owned tree business on a family farm. So many beautiful trees, custom wreaths, and great service. They have these nice carts to bring the tree in from the field, and they have great tree stands.

I grew up in Carbon County and frequented the drive-in theater every summer. My parents would pile all of us in the minivan with our pillows and pajamas and for $10 a carload, we could see a double feature, run around with the kids in the car next to us, and be dead to the world by the end of the first feature.

The Drive-in was a family place where parents didn't need to break the bank to entertain the kids and thankfully it is still alive and well in Carbon County. I currently live in northern NJ and there is only 1 drive in left in the entire state. My husband and I make the 1.5 hour trip in to PA a few times every summer just to go to the drive in. If you are visiting Jim Thorpe for a long weekend, take a step back in time by only driving a few steps away to neighboring Lehighton and enjoy a movie under the stars!

Exciting asphalt track racing. Have a nice field of cars with several divisions. Affordable prices you get your moneys worth. Good night out with family and friends, even have activities for the kids on some of the nights come hungry because the food here is one of the best ive ever had at a racetrack.

We have been looking at an Escape Room activity for a while so when a Groupon for 6 people at Jokers are wild was available, I bought one as we are vacationing in Pocono mountain, PA. ($33us)
Location is situated in front of a Central Park, middle of Lehighton business district. Free parking right at the park or paid in front of the store.
Staff was proficient and amicable. We received our instructions on what we can search and manipulate in a 10*10' room furnished with antique/old furnitures. Her instructions were clear and direct. The whole game was fun, exciting and engaging for 5 of us.
Great fun! They also have board games and magic card trading on site. Good old fashion family fun!
