Had scheduled for the 10am transfer but arrived at the Seattle Express booth, which is exactly where the reservation states, by 9am. The lady was super nice and called the shuttle to stop by and pick us up if possible. He said he would and by the time we walked the short distance to the pickup spot he was there and we were on our way to the Cruise Ship! - Karie D1 contributionThis was a easy option for booking transportation from a Sea-tac hotel to Pier 66- then round trip from Pier 91 to a Sea-tac hotel. Driver(s) were friendly and pointed out highlights of Seattle. Loaded all our luggage and helped unload. Shuttles were clean and safe.
It was such a smooth transition from the cruise terminal to the hotel- i was pleasantly surprised. And much much cheaper than a cruise line ship transfer shuttle.

The connections are far apart physically, and you have to take multiple trains to get from point A to point B. Since it was not super crowded, the customs officer asked the same questions multiple times and began cracking jokes after I told her my flight was boarding and I had to leave. There is absolutely no coordination, and it was truly a mess getting through here. - Voyager639225Houston, TX2 contributionsHighly recommended tour company- Scott, our tour guide was very knowledgeable, professional and thoughtful. He delivers you right at the entrance and fetches you right at the exit rather than let you walk to where he parked. Good time management and gives you good overview of what can be seen and identifies do not miss exhibits and sites. The vehicle was very clean and well maintained. Water and quality snacks were provided. We did quite a lot of traveling and I consider the trip provided by Scott and Cheryl’s Northwest Tours top notch. Great feeling being “spoiled”. Additionally, Scott is a travel planner and global traveller so we did get information on trips still in our bucket lists . - Tim LNational City, CA48 contributionsThis airport was easy to navigate. The TSA personal were friendly and helpful through the security checkpoint. I was very concerned about how to get to my gate, but it was no problem. 2 Escalator trips into the bottom of the airport, we took a tram to our gate area.
The only downside was there was no vendors in the N gate area. I needex to get a breakfast of some kind or even coffee.
