Joel and Steve put on an amazingly fantastic show! Absolutely perplexing illusions, no bad seat in the house. We were wowed by the experience. Not a single person in the venue didn't feel the same. The entire experience left us wowed!
Additionally Joel/Steve/ and the lovely hostess were so kind and accommodating. They spoke with us, took pictures with us, and actually reached out to message us about 10 days after the show just to say Hi, and ask us about the puppy we were adopting the day after their show.
My wife and I cannot speak highly enough about our experience!

Joel, Steve - THANK YOU for such a fun comedic/"magical" evening!

So entertaining. It’s a small group, you really get to be involved and see everything up close. It makes it that much more amazing when you are delighted and confounded by what you see. The performance is polished in a great way. Great patter and rapport, incredible tricks, and everyone engaged.

If you’re looking for something to do while in Boston, the Improv Asylum is your best bet. We loved it so much we went twice within a week. The Improv Asylum is the perfect size to accommodate a solo all the way up to large group with some advanced notice . The venue is clean, and so are the restrooms. The drinks are amazing and reasonably priced. The cast members are very funny, the skit is well rehearsed, and the improv parts are hysterical. I would highly recommend seeing this show if you’re visiting Boston in the future

It was conveniently located inside the hotel, we loved that.
We thought that the comedy acts were great.

Servers came around getting our drink orders.
    Atmosphere & set-up are ok.

Went on the first night after the Mayor lifted the mask mandate and thats a welcome assist for a comedy club. Smiles and open laughs make it fun again.
Nicks would get 4 or 5 stars if it wasnt for the acoustics. There is a dance club next door whose heavy beat music can make it hard to hear the comedians if youre not in the first half of the seating. They did have a good line up of comedians who progressively got better. The headliner was great and Nicks seems to always manage that. The table service was good (one very hardworking and efficient server) and its worth getting a table (extra $5) to put your drinks down. You'll have fun.
