- Happy DLafayette, LA2 contributionsOn Jan 7, 2025, I traveled from Cambridge to Boston Logan Airport with my 2, 3, and 7-year-old kids. The car was a latest model, clean, and equipped with a child seat and booster seat, making the journey smooth and safe. The driver was on time and helpful.

- BenLa Canada Flintridge, CA6 contributionsWe had a 4:20 PM flight post cruise, instead of using their cruise special which requires you to walk 0.3 miles to their docking place, we took a taxi right outside the terminal to Rowes Wharf. A short walk to the dock from the street, met one of the crew members and gave him our luggage to store and booked the 1 PM ride. Make sure you talk to someone on the phone before you're going there because the office usually has no one there. We prebooked ours, the person actually called me. Rowes Wharf is near downtown, short walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. A nice way to spend a few hours in Boston instead of waiting in the airport. Deduct 1 star because while waiting in the office (share with 2 or 3 other companies) we saw a group of people sitting at the back of the office started to leave, not sure whether they were taking the same boat with us, I went out to see where they were going. Sure enough they were boarding. No one came to tell us it's boarding time, I needed to find out on my own. Quite efficient, all the luggages were already loaded on board. The ride itself was peaceful. After we docked, the 2 crew members unloaded all the luggages. Picked up your luggage and walked up the ramp to take the shuttle to the airport. Interestingly, the bus driver dropped us off at the arrival level. The drivers were pleasant, uniformed, respectful and had good safe driving skills. Everything ran on time, the cars were clean, comfortable, and high quality. The driver arrived in advance and was very polite. The car was spacious and clean. We asked for an infant car seat and it was a quality one. We arrived at Logan Airport, and went looking for Metro Cab Company as they had the Best Reviews. A security guard in the cab area directed us to a different cab company, telling us "they're all the same". The receipt we received was titled "DIEU QUI DONNE 1, Cab #0753, Hack 5578"! DO NOT take this cab nor company. He charged us $32.90 to go from the airport to our hotel on Causeway St. And he didn't help us unload our luggage at the destination even though I tipped him. When it came time to go back home on Thursday I called Metro Cab Wednesday evening to arrange a pick up at 5:30 am. The driver texted me he would arrive within 2 minutes at 5:15. The driver loaded our luggage, and took us promptly to Logan in HALF the time the other cab took to get us to the hotel. The Metro Cab driver charged us $18.65. I handed him $30 AFTER he had unloaded our luggage and got the Sky Captain to check them in. If you travel to Boston and need Cab Service I HIGHLY recommend Metro Cab Company. Professional, Courteous, Prompt, and HONEST!!! - Dream1031162 contributionsBoston is having it's coldest, wettest spring in anyone's memory and I stood out in the icy pick up booth at Logan for over a half hour on my arrival. They were late to and from the airport but did not impact flight time. The drivers were personable and chatty, one from Russia and one from China, so let's give Go Boston and A for diversity. The vans were adequate and their driving was professional.
Price wise, the cost can be substantially beat. I paid $34 for a round trip to/from Logan to Berklee. The drivers are pleasant and very professional, safe drivers, even in the heavy Boston traffic. Booking online is simple and I get a confirmation booking text and email. The day before, I get a text that the driver has been assigned with his name, vehicle and license number. When my flight lands, I get a text from the driver that he is there waiting. It is easy to find the white van outside baggage claim. The drivers always show up early! I'm never concerned that my car won't show up on time.
