Beautiful architecture and inside it’s like a museum. Doesn’t take long to see it all and inspires one to read and learn in our first public library.

Located in Dorchester near the University of Massachusetts, this is a must for anyone interested in all things JFK. Parking is free. Outside and down the steps you will find his sailing boat Victura and a great view of the waterfront. The information about his life and career is interesting and there is a cafe and gift shop on site.

there are timed tours which are limited in the number of people that can attend so sign up early. This is such a wonderful space with great views out of the windows and art and many many wonderful things - like antique grandfather clocks! the tour guide was stupendous with wonderful stories and time for everyone's questions. DO IT!

Attended the RV show this weekend, easy access to parking. $20.00 for the day of the show. The screening to get in was easy and fast. Ample access to the show floor, bathrooms, and food stations.

We stumbled across the church she founded first thinking it was a library and was offered a free tour. At first I was hesitant thinking it was a way to convert me. I also mistakenly thought this was the church that didn’t support medical intervention if any kind. I was wrong on both accounts. It was a beautiful place and the staff was informative but not pushy. I learned a great deal and the building in beautiful. Afterwards he pointed us towards the library and mapparium. I liked the Mapparium but felt rushed. It would have been nice to be able to linger a bit more, though they did say that you could do another tour through tour the day for free! I learned about Mary Baker-Eddy who wrote a book, founded the church based in her beliefs which has spread internationally, created a magazine for fair news all at a time when it would have been hard for a woman to do so. She was amazing to learn about! Highly recommend seeing the church and the library!

Great place the hall itself is well organized the security is very good. The bathrooms are clean and plenty of them. The best part is the location as you are not trapped eating only the food the convention center has, there are some good restaurants around and a food court just outside. Great planning.

My wife and I went here for the Boston Flower & Garden Show. Lots of room for the exhibits / booths. Restrooms clean and well-marked. Parking garage across the street was "full" but an attendant outside directly in and we found a spot near the elevator bank. Easy walk from here to a number of restaurants. If there is a show here you want to see, the location itself should not be a problem.

I visited this small museum after going to the JFK Library which is across the street. A nice collection of exhibits telling about the founding of the Commonwealth, it's more geared towards a younger audience.

The highlight of the museum is the room where they have the bronze plate that Paul Revere made of the Boston Massacre, Charter of Massachusetts, Charter of the Bay Colony, Copy of the Declaration of Independence made on the 50th anniversary, Bill of Rights and the Massachusetts Constitution.

It is worth a visit if in the area, admission is free.

When we check into this lounge, the check in agent did not seem to excited to be assisting us. It seemed as though I was interrupting her or preventing her from doing something else. When we got checked in, we grabbed a seat and went to check out our food selection. They had smoked salmon and mini truffle club sandwiches on pita bread. All of the food tasted great. I went to the bar and got a beverage. While the bar was quiet, the bar tender seemed less than excited to help me. The bathroom were a little dirty and needed some updating. The club had a quiet and comfortable atmosphere and seemed clean overall.

Nice spacious lounge. Plenty of room for everyone. Staff was very friendly. Lounge and restrooms were spotless. More food choices would be nice.

This is the first stop and start of the Freedom Trail. They have lots of tourist brochures and some souvenirs. Didn't stay too long just enough to get a map and a few more brochures and be on my way.

Recently visited here for the first time to research my ancestry. There is a large collection of resources available to view and copy. There is a charge to photocopy but no charge for copy to thumb drive. I found the manuscripts very interesting to view. You find the manuscript reference, then bring it to an attendant for retrieval. Very nice service and friendly staff. Large table areas to spread out your work. Membership or entrance fee is required.

I spent many hours studying here. It was my refuge on hot summer days when I was at BU for the summer session. Air conditioning in here. It's modern, but complete and a real university library. Not a tourist attraction.

What an amazing place. With spectacular views of Bremen Street Park, and amazing services await your visit.

They offer free tickets to museums, the aquarium and other fun activities for free!.

A wide assortment of books, dvds, and music. Friendly staff and a cool building.

    Conveniently located between to MBTA subway stations {Wood Island to the north, and Airport south. }

I like to come here for their WIFI and the use of thier quite space to study.

This library also offers a porch to sit outside and read while people watching in the park, or planes taking off at near by Logan International Airport.

Architecture buffs should know that the EB BPL won the 4th Harleston Parker People’s Choice Award from the Boston Society of Architects.

Joined to have access to French language training but have gotten most of the value of membership from the events. This is an active Centre Culturel, that connects with the BSO and many other organizations to bring exciting cultural events to the Boston area. The building itself is elegant and comfortable, with a pleasant and reasonably stocked library. If you have any interest in France or French culture, this is a great stop.
