I've been a frequent traveler for decades on American Airlines (Platinum Pro). I changed jobs, and United is significantly more convenient. I just decided to switch allegiances and am adjusting to the new rules and amenities. This was my first trip using the United Club Lounge system. I visited the Boston Lounge in the morning before my flight. It is a small modern Lounge. Breakfast was more basic than other lounges, but fine. I LOVE the Illy coffee. It wasn't too crowded. Staff was friendly. After my return flight later that week, I stopped in at Boston location at 7:10 p.m. to charge my phone so I could get a lyft with it. There were no outlets on the flight, and it was almost dead when I boarded. The United Club website said it closed at 8:45 p.m. I asked when they closed when I got there, and they said 7:45. That wasn't a big deal to me since I only needed 10-15 minutes to charge my phone. Unfortunately, the bar was closed, which was unfortunate since they didn't have a soda machine at this location. It was coffee or water from the urn. The food was still out and looked pretty good. I grabbed some cheese tortellini and cabbage salad. I was the only one in there and got the feeling no one wanted me there so they could clean and put everything away. I was out by 7:25. I'm not sure I'd go in again at that time. 😕 It was awkward...

When we check into this lounge, the check in agent did not seem to excited to be assisting us. It seemed as though I was interrupting her or preventing her from doing something else. When we got checked in, we grabbed a seat and went to check out our food selection. They had smoked salmon and mini truffle club sandwiches on pita bread. All of the food tasted great. I went to the bar and got a beverage. While the bar was quiet, the bar tender seemed less than excited to help me. The bathroom were a little dirty and needed some updating. The club had a quiet and comfortable atmosphere and seemed clean overall.

Conveniently situated within Terminal A at Boston Logan Airport, the Delta Sky Club offers the perfect respite before your flight. Boasting ample, well-appointed seating and a spotlessly clean atmosphere, the Club provides an array of dining options to suit any time of day - from hearty breakfast fare to a variety of lunch and dinner choices. There is also a full bar.

I was excited to finally have a chance to enjoy the new Chase Sapphire Lounge in Boston before my flight last week. We even planned for an early airport arrival to ensure that we had plenty of time to walk from Terminal C security and enjoy the offerings. The bar was closed so no pre-flight mimosas to toast our travels. While the space was beautiful, and staff friendly, the overall experience fell flat due to the wildly underwhelming food. I visited with my husband and our adult sons; between the four of us, we tried nearly every available food option from the buffet. Suffice it to say, it all sounds far better on paper than it looks or tastes in person. The best thing was the Greek yogurt bowl (hard to mess that up), while the tasteless "breakfast bao" was the the absolute WORST. It was an inedible mess that was somehow dry and rubbery at the same time. The kale hash had some flavor, but everything else was bland and unappealing both visually and texturally. The "orange smoothie" looked like gray vomit in a shot glass. Given the press on this lounge's recent opening, I expected the food and beverage to be at least on par with the British Airways lounge in Terminal E. Nope. Not even close. I don't expect we'll bother with making a trek to this lounge location again.

Food was okay but the property is old and showing it's age with very worn floors and seating. Badly in need of a refresh and renovation

Not worth it, but it’s the only lounge choice in Terminal C.
Skip it and choose a bar or restaurant if you expect decent snacks or food.
The only hot food is usually a soup: today it’s Moroccan Lentil soup.
All the other food is uncovered and in the open. Having seen kids sneeze on and handle the food, I decided to pass. There are no packaged chips or cookies to choose from and so I walked to the nearest store.

We are due to fly from Manchester to Orlando in November 2023. No problem making the booking and prices were competitive. However, things went downhill from there! I could not access my booking to pay the balance, so I had to ring to make the payment. I was told there was a problem with the booking and they raised a case number. A couple of days later I rang again as I still could not access my account, again they could not take a payment. I left it a few days and rang again and this time the guy managed to take payment for the balance and I was looking forward to selecting our seats. Tried to access my booking- still no joy so I rang AGAIN to see if they could sort access but instead I was told they could allocate seats for us, which they did (or so I thought). Tried ringing yet again a few days later to push them to sort access to my booking and said that the previous call handler had booked our seats and I wanted to access my booking to see exactly where they were. I was told no seats had been reserved! So we had to do that all again, so frustrating; I could have done it myself it they would only sort out access to my booking on heir webpage. Really worried now that I won’t be able to check in or receive any flight related messages, it’s a mess and they don’t seem inclined to sort it or appreciate how it affects their customers.

Flying from Boston, MA with family and visiting the star Austrian star alliance lounge at VIA airport and I had the worst attitude and customer service from the workers over there.
I am gold member at start alliance and gold member one word and I travel a lot but I never see rude people like that
