This was a massive ticket item I crossed off my bucket list. The venue is absolutely fantastic and the staff is very friendly.

I was surprised with the quality of the food — chicken kebab was great, and the french fries were delicious and abundant.

Coming in solo, I had to share a table with someone that also came alone. I was very lucky that I landed with someone that was nice and was also there for the show.. not everyone's cup of tea but it did work for me.

ARRIVE EARLY so that you can get good seats.

I can see why this is one of Jerry Seinfeld's favorite rooms.
The place was comfortable, and designed so that there's really no bad seat in the house. And they're ALL relatively close to the stage. I've been in rooms where you feel like you're at arms' length from the comics, but not here. It was almost like we were having a conversation.

I'd heard of NONE of the comics playing the show I went to... and they were all hilarious. Real pros who've honed their craft. NO stumbling, and excellent crowd work.

I ate there, too. The food was decent. It was just chicken fingers with fries, but the cook put a little effort into it. It showed.

Finally, I went to the 6 o'clock show. First time I've been to a show that early. And it didn't affect the show at all. The warm-up dude was so sharp, he had a room full of people who weren't drunk yet primed and ready to laugh. And the laughs kept coming.

We took our teens (17 & 19) with us to see ASSSSCAT 3000. The show can get racy at times, but nothing they haven’t heard in an R-rated movie. We enjoyed the improv comedy, both for the laughs and because it was interesting to see how the comedians work through it. The price for tickets is right. They serve alcoholic drinks for a fair price. The neighborhood isn’t great.

The menu was quite varied and the service was excellent. The cake was excellent, and it wasn't too loud inside.

I heard about this place and dropped by to see the Improv Jam which was like open mic night for improv people. I had a couple beers at the bar and enjoyed talking with Randy who was very sharp and was able to explain a lot about the Improv process. The Jam itself was just people working from a word given by an audience member. There were slow periods but there were some really funny moments and I enjoyed seeing people work at it. It was a very casual supportive environment and I had a good time.

I happened to be in Brooklyn and I was looking for something entertaining to do.. I came across this hidden gem. I paid for the 830pm show and stayed for the 10 pm as well. I’ve never heard of this place so I figured there would be up and coming comedians trying new material. I wasn’t expecting to do a lot of laughing but I was pleasantly surprised. It’s small, quaint and intimate and it adds to the charm of this place. Also, I was definitely taken aback when Jordan Rock stopped in to try some new material. He was hilarious! They have a wine/beer/hard seltzer menu with popcorn and snacks(including twizzlers. My favorite). I would definitely recommend the tiny cupboard for a nice date night or a group hang. P.s. the staff are chill and friendly.

Our first time here but a great one. Front of house staff are helpful and friendly. We went on a “new talent” night and saw somewhere between 10 and 15 comedians, each of whom had about 10-15 minutes each. They were hit or miss but overall, we had a great time seeing new talent.

If y’all know of anyone who will be in NYC on May 23rd, a kid-friendly superhero musical web series will be screening with live vocals while the film is running! . They have won awards/nominations at film/web festivals: Orlando Film Festival and #stareable web fest.

Huge shout out to the comics who performed the night I got to go. They were truly phenomenal. I've been to several comedy clubs, and most are worth a chuckle or two, but this place had us in stitches. I can't credit the mandatory booze you must purchase, either, since none of us could even taste the alcohol. So, 5000 stars for the entertainment; 0 stars for the horrible overpriced (non)alcoholic drinks.

An absolutely DELIGHTFUL evening. I went with a group of friends and for the ticket price I was expecting to politely smile through some cringey acts but Lemonade had me in TEARS from laughing so hard. I even went back for a second show on my own! The show always brings a good variety of acts and the hosts do a hilarious job of keeping the audience engaged. They know how to work a room!

The show was fantastic! I had so much fun there. The comedians were all lovely, each one made me laugh, and some of them made me laugh really hard. However, the 18 gratuity on top of 25 entrance fee for a Tuesday night seems a bit excessive in comparison to the competition. Also, waitress going around interrupts the show, particularly when you have to pay as an act is on.

The one show I watched wasn't amazing but the place has a good vibe and friendly staff. I came with my wheelchair hoping the place will be accessible and found it reasonably accessible for a short visit (don't think the bathroom was accessible).

We were invited into the Comedy Shop over the 4th of July weekend. Greenwich Village is an amazing New York neighborhood. There are tons of great restaurants, clubs, and cafes. We ended up having some drinks and appetizers at Ways & Means their sister restaurant in the front of the venue as we waited to be seated. Drinks were out of this world and the crispy calamari was 10/10. The show was hilarious. Our favorite comics were Chase and Phil Duck. High Energy! Very exciting venue. Sexy and intimate. Great date night. We will be returning!
