What travellers are saying
- WMW10Edinburgh, UK156 contributionsA lovely area. We didn’t really explore the shops but the food court was fantastic with lots of choice. It was bright with loads of seating and a lovely view.Written May 22, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - ElfmaGreenwich, CT737 contributionsIf you build it they will come. And they, tourists and locals, have. Dynamic space has a mostly upscale mall to loose yourself in for a day, performing arts spaces(some for free) and museum exhibitions in The Shed, The Vessel helix(limited access by ticket).
A great place to spend a day or evening in all seasons.
Do NOT fall for ticket hustlers here. Access is free.
Short walk to Chelsea Piers and boat tours, High Line, Little Island and Chelsea Market for a very full day.Written June 26, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The stores and restaurants are in the structure otherwise known as The Oculus. Well worth passing through even for some photos when visiting the 9/11 Memorial or One World Trade Center Observation DeckWritten March 30, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Thomas VOakland, CA17,691 contributionsMany, many years ago this area was the Fulton Fish Market, and my family came here on a tourist vacation. Since then, it has been redeveloped into a big tourist area with restaurants, bars, and a port theme. Some good food here, sone kitsch.Written September 4, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- StephenCrossDublin, Ireland30,815 contributionsThe Shopping centre is a massive plaza I’ve multiple floors. It has a lot of high end brand names alongside many dining options.Written May 11, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Thomas VOakland, CA17,691 contributionsIt's a very convenient construction, the new center that brings together many subway lines plus the PATH. And it also houses lots of fast food plus a few stores. Each time I return it has matured a little more, filled in.Written June 24, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - rayrestFenton, UK7,984 contributionsA massive variety of jewellery shops and outlets under one very large shopping mall. In the middle of the diamond district this amazing collection of jewellery shops is absolutely fabulous. Great place to come and browse loads and loads of all sorts of jewellery. Its all here.Written June 24, 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Hashirama39Epsom, UK60 contributionsI was in walking around Columbus Circle when I stumbled across this little hidden market.
There are a fair few places to choose to eat from and a few shops for drinks as well as some small retail units.
Seats are aligned down the centre of the market unless there's a kiosk in the way.
My suggestion to anyone coming here for a bite to eat is to choose a little something from a selection instead of having all eggs in one basket.Written June 21, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Just over 2 weeks later a cardboard box was delivered to our house. Inside, the statue was found to be extremely damaged due in no small measure to the sparsely cushioned packaging that Showplace had provided.
On informing them of this, Showplace offered no assistance at all and directed us to the carrier.
After 4 months, many email exchanges, post office visits and phone calls the issue was resolved by our credit card company reimbursing us in full for the purchase, shipping and import costs.
Needless to say we would not recommend Showplace to package and arrange transport of any goods bought from them. At least paying by credit card gave us protection under UK consumer law.Written March 9, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I’ve known her for five plus years now and recently purchased diamond solitaire earrings from her. It’s always been a pleasure to work with Kamni. She’s very knowledgeable and trustworthy, guides you along the way and makes it such a seamless process. Her pieces are of great quality and I’m happy with everything I purchased from her through the years. I would highly recommend her if you’re looking for diamond jewelery, especially solitaire's.Written July 24, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Linda LSpringfield, NJ629 contributionsHidden Gem in Manhattan. Quality boots that will last you a long long time. Staff incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They work as a team.
My daughter made it a to do on our last shopping trip
In NYC and came out with 4 pairs. Famously The Sundays and The Smiths were also on the label.
In addition they also had a couple of record stores in London which I have been to.
I did not realise there is also a store in New York City in the heart of Downtown. It is in the 30 Rock building. If you have been in the NBC store and head for the doors as you come outside it is on your left hand side.
It is a place to come and discover music. I guarantee having been to Rough Trade many times in London you will come out with some music by an artist you have never heard of but will grow to love.
A must for music fans.Written October 28, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
