The greats of the past are still there to keep with tradition for those who go every year. Getting rid of the decorations up stairs was sad as well as they need to bring Santa back for pictures. The crystal Christmas tree was beautiful. Really enjoyed this and best experience to kick off the Christmas season. They have a show at 10 pm for those who work 12 hr days. Not a bad seat in the house. The ladies are so amazing. True beauty and so talented. Amazing! Children will love seeing Santa in 3D. We had great seats in the mezzanine, first row seats and had an excellent view. It was a little crowded but it's expected with the title. Actors were amazing, great acting and awesome voices. Overall story, stage, lighting, props were excellent.

Marie, Canada161 contributionsWe took the Radio City Music Hall Stage Door Tour as one of the attractions on our New York Sightseeing Flex Pass. Easy to redeem prior to the tour. Did not pre-book and were able to join the next available tour.
Our tour guide Maddie was amazing! Energetic and knowledgeable, always had time for questions and did her best to answer everything.
As the Hall was setting up for the Holiday Spectacular, we were able to see some stage setup, and projection mapping. We did not go on-stage as some previous reviewers mentioned.
Loved seeing the Rockette rehearsal studio (5,6,7, 8 ...) and of course, meeting Theresa, a lovely Rockette! She was also very knowledgeable, and eager to answer questions.
All staff from Security to maintenance/crew to other Guest services to those helping Maddie with moving our group through safely, were polite, friendly and engaging. Well done!

Wish I’d seen it sooner, this is a mega production and we sat rivited the whole time and learnt heaps!!
Great way for kids to learn their US history too as it’s very lively with good music even for non rappers like ourselves.
