We enjoyed checking out the memorabilia leading up to the ride, lots of great stuff to see. Unfortunately I must have messed up as the first pair of tickets went through fine but when I tried to buy another pair for our friends, the date completely changed (I obviously must have done something wrong). I contacted customer service and a lovely lady named Ellen immediately assisted me and reimbursed my incorrect purchase.
The second pair of tickets have now correctly been purchased (with the right date) and we are looking forward to the show.

- Mohankumar TBangalore District, India10 contributionsTop notch. The sets, cast , music, performance all were awesome. It was a great experience and a very new one for us. I have heard a lot about Broadway shows and enigma came true.
Al Hirsch theatre is vintage and well maintained. The decor is classic and looks antique and authentic.
The entire show was flawless and exhilarating. No wonder it won 10 international awards and has been running since 2019.
The whole team performed as one single team even though there were lead actors.

The cast is talented and energetic, the staging and lighting are excellent. You will laugh and feel like getting off your seat to dance many times as you recognize all the famous tunes in the production.

The performance of the actors was great. The seats were perfect comfortable and you had leg room.

Bucket List takes care of it ALL and it's ALL first class. Ben from Bucket List is the consummate host, the man never stops and goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need and want. There are other companies who do this but trust me they don't hold a candle to Bucket list.
Yes, stay at the Lotte Towers. Amazing...
Yes, stay another night or two or three. Yes, hit some Broadway shows.
Yes, splurge, it's the holidays in NYC and the city is electric. Our family can't say enough about Ben, he made the trip even more enjoyable. Loved each routine ! I must say though that When I went to the ladies room during the show, I got a chance to actually see the venue because it was clear of all the masses of people. It was awful !! The carpet is dirty and each stair down to the bathrooms had lint piled in the risers........ The bathroom and waiting area look like they were done in 1970 and have never been updated. For the price of our tickets, I was hoping for a great show ( which is what we got ) but also a beautiful venue which was VERY disappointing !!
