    THE BEST!!!
    I can’t say enough about the Hop-on Hop-off Wine Tour. It was better than we could have imagined thanks to our awesome driver Clyde and guide/hype-woman, Felicia. The wineries and distillery on the tour offered a variety of drink options and most also had food which helped us make it through 6 hours of “sampling” wines. Can I get a Woo-hoo?!?

    There was a weird hiccup where my coupon code was $15 but it only applied $14.50 on trip VNO7QV, so if anyone can do anything about that please contact me

    Skiing in New York with Ovr ride is your best option!
    Finally learned to ski with the awesome options and services ovrride provides last year at mountain creek. This year went to Belleayre Mountain and improved drastically, so cannot say enough good things!

    So glad I came across this service!
    I never leave reviews, but this Empire Limousine is deserving on one. So glad I came across this service ! The agent I spoke to over the phone when I called them was very helpful. She even helped me setup the whole event. I had multiple people working along the process but everything was made super easy for my office staff. My staff got the text messages when they arrive at EWR Newark Liberty Airport and I also got the text and email regarding each reservation. They were a little pricy but its worth every penny. I was relaxed and they took care of everything.

    Almost perfect, with one unfortunate misstep
    It was a round trip from NYC to Bethesda, MD. Going south was indeed perfect: an excellent driver, precise on-time service, an extremely clean bus, w/ lots of leg room. The same can be said about the return except for one incident: the driver decided during the ride to fully open her window. When I requested that she close the window, she replied that someone was eating chips and that as soon as the chips were done, she would close the window. I was sitting diagonally across from her in the front row...it was 40 degrees outside, and no place to move, the bus was full. Seemed pretty inappropriate -- at least close the window a little bit, make an effort to make the customer happy. It was another 10 minutes before the window was closed. Not cool. Actually, it was cold (and I was wearing two shirts and a microfleece vest). Management should have a chat with her.

    Worth the trip but don’t expect the drivers to be friendly or helpful
    Getting the tickets and the coach there and back was fine, done this loads of times and well worth the trip. This time the only down point was the rudeness of the driver there, who spoke to me when I asked a simply question about my ticket, like I was the stupidest person alive. I get the impression hes quite used to speaking to maybe non-english speaking passengers anyway he wants, but when he spoke to me that way (from the UK) hes $10 dollar tip went straight back in my pocket!!

    You Get What You Pay For
    I shouldn't complain. For $16, the Newark Airport Express got me to Grand Central in 35 minutes (at 8:30 in the evening) and the bus left promptly on time. However, I was surprised to be on an old urban city bus that had been retired by the MTA. I really wonder whether it was legal for such a bus to run on highways and whether it could pass a safety inspection. The bus also had the genuine reek of stale urine. So a mixed experience overall.

    THE Best Limo Service in NYC
    We used this company twice while in New York, both times they exceeded our expectations! The smartest and most polite drivers you could ever hope to encounter.

    Our drivers David & Michael, were brilliant! Both went out of their way to make sure two British visitors were looked after in the best possible way. Booking was straightforward, with any queries quickly responded to by the office. The cars were on time (early!) and spotlessly clean; you couldn't ask for a better service.

    You cannot go wrong engaging this company!

    Highly recommend, great service!!
    I have used Golden class for a transfer from JFK to Manhattan, the car was so nice and clean. Our driver was super friendly and helpful, he had to wait for us for an hour as our flight delayed but without any extra charge. They track the flight and give you 1 hour free waiting time for the international flight, which is huge PLUS...

    On time, too hot, very loud, bumpy ride, no entertainment
    It claims entertainment but the TV screens never came on and if your phone is dead then you have no entertainment. It felt very bumpy and loud ride and we were burning up. Could not get any air to come out and cool us off.

    Highly recommend booking a trolley
    This was my second time booking with the New York Trolley Company. We booked the trolley for a surprise birthday party and it was perfect! I reached out to the driver day of to see if he could come 15 minutes earlier so we could decorate before the surprise and he was so accommodating. Allen was also so patient with all of the stops we were adding along the way.

    Tom was really responsive with the booking process and answering any questions. I highly recommend getting a trolley for a fun and unique night out!

    There are Better Options
    The app didn’t work. The customer service was horrible and never called me after saying they would. Would genuinely just recommend you use a different bus service other than Peter Pan. I have found them to be the worst.

    Always late or cancelled altogether
    Trailways requires that you buy a ticket for a specific time, but they don't feel obliged to honor that time. They are almost always late - 10 or 15 minutes. Sometimes they cancel the bus altogether, without any notice and you are left stranded or waiting 30 minutes or more for the next bus. The service is appaling.

    Run down, rude driver, NO HEAT.
    Traveling from DC to NYC with my husband. With Amtrak prices nearing $200/person we opted for the more affordable option and paid $25/person to take the express bus. And well, I guess you get what you pay for. The bus is AWFUL. It’s 41°F outside and there is NO heating. All of the armrests looks like the one pictured below. The climate control panel is missing over some seats. The driver was not pleasant at all. He started the trip by saying, “we do not make rest stops on this bus, I am a driver not a nanny. We only stop when I have to pee.” I am so grateful that we have booked the train for the remainder of our trip.

    Great Bus Tours of New York
    We did a company tour with the company where I was working around Manhattan with drinks and a guide a Saturday. We had visitors from overseas and it was a great way to see the city. Maybe the trips was a little too long with traffic but we ended up out in Long Island and had a great day. I hope the driver could stand us!
