- EyekaytooLeverkusen, Germany3,141 contributionsHaving been refused entry into the nearby Air France Lounge by a rather officious, stuck up lady at their front desk (lounge too full apparently), my son & I tried our luck with our Priority Pass at the Turkish Airline Lounge.
No such problems here. We were warmly welcomed even though we were flying with Swiss. We were soon nicely settled into a windowed corner with comfortable sofas, a free WiFi and sufficient free snacks and drinks to keep us going until out transatlantic flight was ready for boarding. We particularly liked the pizza slices which were very popular with many other guests as well. Their new club had just recently opened and it's absolutely beautiful! Our assistants were Wildy and Tracey and they were absolutely phenomenal! They both provided awesome service! The food in the restaurant in the club was superb as was the service. The barista was not open, so the coffee choice was not great.
