Well worth the euros and time to journey down to the waterfall. Beautiful scenery and well maintained trail.

I went skiing here with some friends 'after' the pandemic. The resort is linked to several other small resorts, right down to Zauchensee. This side is definitely more quiet and is more suitable for beginners with mostly wide and groomed blues and red runs.

This is probably the best Hutte on the Alpendorf side of the mountain. We just keep going back. Great local food and more reasonably priced than some. The old fella behind the cash till has a great memory and welcomes us warmly everytime we go and is always laughing and smiling.

This was a walk on ropes from one wooden platform to another through the tree tops . The course is about half an hours walk uphill from the village into the forest . It’s well signed posted. It’s totally free and totally unsupervised. Anyone ,young or old can do it . When we arrived the local primary school children were doing it. We are sixty years plus and we did it . There are in fact three courses . The first a mini taster course with two short ropes , the second with I would guess about ten sections with some quite long sections and a third course further up the hillside which I would guess is a even more extreme one. While the course is surrounded by a wire safety cage I would not have liked to fall off the rope . There are ropes above to help you balance but initially I found it a bit unnerving as it still swayed and moved a bit as you walk across . Very glad to have done it though

At the same place is an interesting playground for children to run around in including a two poles to climb up to compete to ring a bell

Hanson helped me tremendously with improving my snowboard skills. He took the time to help people individually and created a fun environment within the entire group!

We took the gondol up and walked the trail “sontagskogel”. We had great weather and the milieu and surroundings were amazing. Good for the soul.
