I recently visited and was delighted by how beautifully the place was decorated for the holidays – everything looked festive and welcoming! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for the season. However, I do have a mint allergy, and I was disappointed that they don’t list all ingredients in their products. It made things a little tricky to navigate. Despite this, I would still highly recommend this spot to others! The overall experience was fantastic, and the decorations truly made it special.
If you want to buzz through the sites and get snippets of information about the life of Dr./Rev. MLK Jr, then take a self-guided tour. If you want heartfelt stories of what came before, during, and after MLK Jr and his legacy...and you want to learn about the building blocks set the stage for civil rights legislation among other "unexpected" outcomes. Then Jay and the Unexpected Atlanta MLK Jr History Walking Tour is exactly where you need to be. The sites that you'll see are profound. The stories you'll hear from Jay will breathe life into those sites.
Ghost tour was fun. Our tour guide told great stories!! She was funny and kind. This wasn't a scary tour- would be good for children too. It did last about an hour, as stated. We learned a lot about the history of Atlanta through her stories as well.
We had a FANTASTIC DAY with Omogbemi! We give this tour 10 STARS. He is very knowledgeable, fun and he became a part of our family today! If you want to see and learn about the rich history of this great city, then book this tour and sit back and learn! We had the great pleasure and honor of meeting the legendary Andrew Young. Thanks Omo .. you're the BEST and see you in Los Angeles :) CHEERS
This sightseeing bus tour was absolutely fantastic! Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable, fun, and kind, sharing fascinating information at every stop. The itinerary was well-planned, allowing plenty of time to explore and make amazing memories. The entire experience was seamless, entertaining, and truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun and informative way to see the city!
We bought the Atlanta City Pass and were able to do 4 of the 5 attractions. This is a great deal and saves a lot of money. Tickets were immediately sent electronically and we were able to easily scan them at each attraction with the City Pass app. Would definitely recommend.
On a cold day in Atlanta we were happy to see the sights in a heated mini bus. Jamal was our guide/driver and was very entertaining and knowledgeable. A perfect tour to see different areas of the city and learn about their history.
Katrina was an amazing guide! Knowledgeable, fun and energetic. Sightseeing along the tour was interesting. Food was a nice variety, large portions, enough for leftovers. Would highly recommend!
We loved the history, the food samplings and the biscuit lesson. I’ve lived in the South for 38 years and just today I learned how to make a proper biscuit. Our guide, Kristin, was informative and entertaining. Thank you Kristin for taking so many photos of our experience. You are a marvelous tour guide.
We spent a wonderful afternoon with Bicycle Tours of Atlanta. We did the Atlanta’s Journey to Civil Rights tour and it was fabulous!! Knowledgeable and engaged tour guides, a fun ride through neighborhoods, stopping in Inman Park, Reynoldstown, Oakland Cemetary, the Capitol, Woodruff Park and the Auburn Avenue corridor. I learned a lot and encourage you to check out this and the other tours offered by Robyn Elliott and her wonderful crew!!
