Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum
#1 of 144 Shopping in Tucson
The tourist facilities, shopping, eating and demonstrations are exceptionally nice and well supported.
Loved visiting this museum for many reasons: part animal exhibits, part botanical garden, paths for walking, educational presentations, thoughtful gift shop items, and multiple dining options.

Etherton Gallery
#6 of 144 Shopping in Tucson
Check...or Ansel Adams or Latin American photography or vintage vernacular photos or art books or..or...! Indeed, Etherton is a candy shop for lovers of fine art.
... a great gallery like Etherton's was not enough of an anchor to make it a place you would deliberately drive to...nowadays with the downtown revival, the streetcar, the shops and museums, all that has changed.
