- Mr. Guide349 contributionsSeamus Heaney is one of the most famous Irish poets to ever live. At the Seamus Heaney homeplace you can listen to his brilliant poems through a sophisticated system that you are given in which you type in the number beside a poem displayed on the wall in the exhibition and it will read the poem in Seamus's voice. Great for children with lots of activities. Good for groups too. Prices are really fabulous. This is a must do.Written September 21, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

Loved the touches to keep kids entertained e.g. Tuppence the “dog” that kids can bring with them on the tour of the house!Written September 14, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - moya6 contributionsThe Christmas Experience was brilliant! Very well organised and decorated. Staff were very young and very very friendly, funny and pleasant!
Some of the activities were cancelled without notice which was disappointing (axe throwing and laser tag) but we still had a great time!

- Andy S55 contributionsWe were lucky enough to be in Bellaghy the only time this is open - Sunday afternoon. Really interesting relic of the Plantation which came alive because of our personal free guided tour. Some of the exhibits are a bit dated but that's part of the charm. This was an afterthought following our visit to the Seamus Heaney HomePlace, but well worth it.Written February 22, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - TheDaGamasLangport, UK110 contributionsThis is a great place to break a journey or just to go for a walk. There's a marina, a little beach and a short walk with places to sit and admire the view. There's a cafe, toilets, and a large children's adventure playground. The signage from the main road could be much more prominent for such an attractive area.Written October 10, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Jeremy FMagherafelt, UK20 contributionsbooked to play badminton on first sat in Sept was booked at least 10 days in advance. for 1pm, telephoned at 1130 to check the time. Arrived in time to play for 1pm to be told that the main gym was booked until 2pm and then a birthday party. there was no evidence of this on the work sheet - who uses paper in 2015 to arrange bookings! the centre appeared very quiet and empty! reception staff offered to set up badminton for us in the Astroturf pitch outside on a windy day! got the impression that our £5 for badminton was an inconvenience. no other date or time was offered. very disappointed.....Written October 3, 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
