- ateCalgary, Canada306 contributionsWhen we were visiting BC area, we check out what places to go and visit. We google this place, and it gave us wrong directions going there, we keep going in circles on where to find this place. When we were about to give up and just go home, my husband finally saw the place as the direction and marker and the label isn't that visible. We went there in a nice hot sunny summer weather. The walk was short, easy and nice until you reach the end and see the falls. It wasn't crowded when we went there probably because the direction is confusing to get there. Once you reach the falls it was refreshing as I love finding falls.Written January 4, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Alison R1 contributionEverything was perfect! Fitzpatrick has wonderful sparkling wines and the tasting experience sitting outside and overlooking the lake was fantastic. The staff were all wonderful. After tasting, we went to Bistro 19 for lunch which was also very good. The wine was so good, we had to stop on the way out to buy quite a few bottles. It's a must visit for wine aficionados, lovers of views and people looking for an enjoyable time.Written July 21, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - peonyroseFenton, IL728 contributionsWe liked this small but intimate winery the best of the seven or so we visited in the Okanagan Valley..First we met the host, Abby and he was so friendly, that we felt we'd made a new friend..he explained all the wines, gave us a tasting and we bought their delicious Riesling..This winery is up a couple big hills and looks rustic but has superb wines..Prince William bought many cases for his wedding to Kate in Great Britain..Our story isn't done yet as we returned to buy more Riesling to bring home home with us..

So thankful that these birds are being cared for, so lovingly. It is loud. If you are bringing anyone on the spectrum, wear headphones, but they will love it too!Written October 2, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - su j23 contributionsMy family and I visited the Peachland Art Gallery and took in a top-notch show of paintings, all from the Central Okanagan Valley. The historic venue was cool, clean and all the paintings were well displayed. A gallery volunteer showed us around and answered our questions. This show runs for the month of July every summer and is well worth making the trip. Enjoy the waterfront right across Beach Avenue from the gallery building to see where some of the painters' inspiration comes from!Written July 2, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Travel_PakSurrey159 contributionsNice small museum in Peachland. There was no entrance fee but you can donate if you like. The main attraction of the museum was a working miniature railway model. In addition there were lots of specimens from the 19 and early 20th century. Worth a visit if you are passing by or visiting Peachland.Written August 6, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - ivanskiMontreal, Canada409 contributionsDefinitely one of the nicest beach west on Okanagan Lake. Yes, it’s on pebbles but you just need to wear wet shoes and it’s fine. Locals are so friendly, washrooms are close by… Perfect place to relax and enjoy… A must !Written August 16, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - su j23 contributionsWe found this small sandy beach at the west end of Peachland. Great spot to launch or just enjoy a quieter experience on the waterfront in Peachland. Sailboats come past on their way east from Summerland and Penticton. Very relaxing, worth a visit.Written July 2, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- ricknsaraLangley, WA38 contributionsWere looking forward to seeing this winery. Sadly, it burned in a wildfire that came through the area in September of 2012. It is now closed. Luckily no one was harmed and there were no animals there at the time either. Sorry to learn that what must have been a unique winery (and one of the older ones in the area) is no longer there. Gave this 4 stars because we had heard great things about it.Written October 5, 2012This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
