- Quiddity42Lusaka, Zambia111 contributionsEasy to find, rapid service. One thing though - after we left the airport, driver asked if I minded if he pulled over for a minute. I said OK, thought maybe he'd heard something in a tire or something. We pulled over behind a cab that was parked by the side of the road too, the driver of that car was leaning on the back of his own car, smoking a cigarette. My driver hopped out of the car and disappeared. When he got back, I asked him where he'd gone and he said he had to go to the bathroom. OK, I get it ... but it was dark, he pulled over in a very dark area, there was a total stranger just standing near the car ... that's just not a safe and secure feeling. Part of the reason I booked a car in advance instead of picking up a cab in the line was for a little more sense of security, but pulling over in the dark in what looked like it could have been staging for a kidnapping completely wiped that out.Written February 18, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
