Perfect place to visit, particularly on a very rainy day in Derbyshire!! Helpful and informative guide, to steer us through the mine, and back out again!! Will be back, if only for the beautiful blue John jeweller...
... rocks, & learnt how the blue gems were mined & still are , our tour guide Chris was excellent.Theres a little shop with trinkets & coffee & snacks & a convenience, it’s definitely an experience for the active.

We visited this charming little arcade of shops which had a great selection of shops for unusual gifts so my partner brought plenty of unique cards and gifts so she was very happy would recommend a visit
I shopped in the delightful Wild Olive and in the wonderfully brilliant Beer District, one of the best beer and spirits shops I have ever been to, where they really know and care about what they sell.

It was a simple but effective system but we would love to visit during normal times as we both think we could have stayed here for a whole day exploring the shelves!
This is a wonderful second-hand bookshop with 5 floors of books, cards, maps, prints, postcards and sheet music.

This former grain store with beautifully pointed brickwork and floor tiling partly underground and laid out as treasure caves is a great place to hunt for large and small home, gift and personal treats.
Amazing place, will definitely be visiting again, especially for the gin tastings and late night Christmas shopping night.
