It’s no word of a lie the views are out of this world. And so is the wind ….. hold onto your hat, gloves, and purse. The view of the whole of St. John’s is just amazing you’re sooooo far up. Everything looks so small including the Coast Guard Ships ships. Amazing. Drive up if you have mobility issues, it is a steep climb in some spots.

This is a must see for a few
    Good reasons.
First, the historic happenings here are astounding. I never heard anything regarding the goings on here during WW 2.

Second, the ocean waves crashing along the rugged coast line is fantastic. You haven’t seen waves till you’ve seen them here.
The only drawback was the parks Canada bathrooms and cafe were closed. Unbelievable!

What a great city. Loved the people. So kind and friendly. Top three experiences:
    1) Quidi Vidi - historical little neighborhood. Great food, art and walked around the lake.
    2) Signal hill. Great views.
    3) great eats and bars with music (especially The Ship for music and atmosphere )

Awe inspiring magnificence, that my words will not do justice. Audio guide to give a pretty in depth description of the building and its contents. Just go!

Saw this & most of downtown with a local on her free weekend walking tour. Really appreciated her insight into the background of Terry Fox & why it's so important to Canadians

This was absolutely crazy. Started out nice and easy and got progressively steeper as he went on. The wind was incredible. I had to hang onto my hat the whole time. This December was quite unusual. Here. It is the 19th and we were able to do the trail from start to finish the views the views the views incredible. I’m at the nicest couple from Toronto and we did the trail together. So much fun. Get your time correctly. I wouldn’t want to be doing this one in the dark.

Came for the Christmas light installation, which was very nice. There were many people here. As the installation wasn’t overly large, you could take your time strolling through …. very pretty.

If you are not steady on your feet or afraid of narrow steep stairs,
just enjoy the gift shop in the Tower. The views from ground level are pretty beautiful.
