What a disappointment! I was planning on spending around $4,000 with Royal Carribean on a cruise to Alaska. Unfortunately due to Covid i couldn’t do it. The reimbursement process is so bad that i would not recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is unable to provide detailed transaction receipt. I used 3 cards to complete the payment and they missed $59 that it took FOREVER to get back. They didn’t credit the same amount on each of my credit cards and they still refuse to share the transaction detail of my reimbursement. People on the phone are arrogant and unskilled that i am almost embarrassed for them. I will never consider having a cruise with them for sure!

I had planned this cruise for at least two years with my granddaughters. Reserved a junior suite. Planned on celebrating my 70th birthday. Was a trip of a lifetime. Have been traveling with them with Royal Caribbean for over 10 years. Unfortunately my granddaughters were caught up in the moment for that first day and security came to our cabin and revoked our drinking privilege's for 24 hours. I was fine with that and had a discussion with my grandaughters. The next day security called and told me my granddaughrers drink packages were revoked. I asked for a refund and was told I'd have to speak to somebody else. Every day I went to guest services to talk to somebody about being reimbursed for my granddaughters drink packages. I was told at one point one of my granddaughter's drink package was reimbursed which it was. However the other granddaughter was not. I said to the person I spoke to the policy is for everyone in the cabin to have the same drink package. She told me "we don't reimburse drink packages, that's our policy" and I again reminded her the policy is also for everyone in the cabin to have the same drink package but mine has not been revoked. I was intimidated by staff that told me if there was any consumption of alcohol off the ship we would be escorted off at the next port of call. On my own off time? I will not be intimidated or bullied by anyone. I freely used my drink package for my granddaughters during that trip. We went to the chef's table which was five courses of alcohol. I waited for someone to tap me on the shoulder and tell me at the next port of call we would be escorted off but that didn't happen. Other passengers felt so bad for my granddaughters that they purchased alcohol on their drink packages for them. I will never travel with Royal Caribbean again. Their policies are willy-nilly and inconsistent. Their policy is to have the same drink package for each person in the cabin but that wasn't what happened for the three of us, I used mine freely. I was reimbursed for one grandaughter but not the other. Not one person ever called to talk to me. I wrote to the company and I've never received a response. I will never use Royal Caribbean again.

This was our second time on RCL and it was nice! We usually cruise with Carnival, however our family member was to be married on this cruise. So we boarded the largest ship we had ever cruised. The Harmony is a huge ship. The ship is decorated with modern art. The main floor has the HEAD! This art piece is a large head that turn in various directions. (see pictures) It was awesome. Embarkation Getting aboard the ship was a breeze. Before even getting on board the selling begins. There is a small shop right before passenger’s board. You can make t-shirt, jackets, card holders among other small items purchases. There’s is a18% gratuity on everything even the popcorn. Get ready this ship is the queen of selling! Cabins Our cabin 3840 was an inside cabin, the cabin was on the inside corner. Our cabin steward was Edward and he was awesome! Since G-Son had trouble getting up every morning, he made our room the last on in this morning rounds. The cabin was comfortable. The restroom had a night light, so it was easy to reach the front door and the restroom. If our neighbor left their room, you could hear the door open and close, loudly. We felt the cabin was smaller than the cabin on Carnival. Our room steward decorated the room for my birthday, July 4. That was a pleasant surprise Shows You must make reservations for the shows. Make sure you do that before you board. You will be allowed to enter the show first. The problem is you have to arrive an hour before the show and sit until the show begins. If you don’t reserve the show you have to wait until 15 minutes before the show to enter. If you don’t come at least 30 minutes before the show you lose your reservation. The shows are pretty good! The ice show was a little difficult to understand, but it was beautiful. The Aqua shows were amazing. The performers made the show very interesting. You must see these shows. The Show band Temperature was awesome. We went to each and every one of their performances. They had a Motown night, OMG! It was so much fun. We knew all the songs and the band was live! On Michael Jackson night, there was a guest that danced all the songs just like Michael. Each show the band played was awesome. Food The food was very good. We ate in the dining room every evening. The dining room was beautiful. There wasn’t as many choices that we liked, so we ate the same thing most of the evenings. Our waiter was Alvin and he and his crew was just awesome. He had my fruit plate waiting for me every evening. We did eat too early in the evening. Johnny Rockets was a charge. We enjoyed the various breakfast places other than the buffet, which was crowded all the time. I did like the hand washing stations before you entered the buffet. Overall The ship is huge! The lobby is way too small for the number of passengers. The Atrium was just too small and not very enjoyable for events. The Fourth of July parade was so tight it wasn’t as much fun as it could have been. Would we go on the Harmony again? Maybe!

First time cruise on this beast of a ship. Despite number of people didn’t feel overly crowded. Lots of activities and dining options

This is an awesome ship. We have been on it twice and going again in Oct for 2 wks. We always stay in suites on Royal as they have many of them and if you stay in a Grand suite or above you get 2 pts a day instead of 1. The Oasis class and Quantum class have some 2story suites that are awesome also they have Star class cabins that come with a Genie who takes care of all your wishes and a lot of many perks. You don’t pay for any food or drinks anywhere on the ship, can get room service from any specialty restaurants, never have any lines to stand in ,frount row seats in all shows and many more perks
