Reading the latest review about not booking the "Breakfast Club" package through Niagara Tourism is what has prompted me to contact you with my concerns. I too have this package booked with your hotel in the next few months and am starting to feel it might be a mistake. Unfortunately, should we decide to cancel our booking, we'd be subject to a cancellation fee. Breakfast is important to me and the others I am travelling with, not just the food but the entire experience. Almost every review on here has negative comments about how small and crowded your breakfast room is as well as huge lines if you aren't there early enough.
My question to you is, what steps, if any, the hotel is taking to improve the breakfast experience for it's guests? I've yet to have read a response from hotel staff regarding the breakfast problems.
