Hello. Does each participant actually mix the ingredients and bake the macarons in an oven? Thank you.
We will be in Paris for one day, mainly to see the Eiffel tower lit up at night. But while we are there, what is the best way to get around the city? we will be coming in by train from London. is any one familiar with bus #24 route. we would like to shop, eat and enjoy the city. shopping and a budget and splurging. what are some of the best places to do both? Thanks
We have visited Galaries La Fayette in December and had make purchases at Louis Vuitton amounting to €3,580. We were told by the sales represetative in Louis Vuitton that we will be getting back a 12% of tax refund. Unfortunately, the tax refund department at Galeries La Fayette only keyed in the refund of €35.40 out of €429.60.
I wrote to the customer service department of Galaries La Fayette and they had promised to refund the remaining. I had submitted all bank information to the person in charge named Richard BEKDOUCHE from Customer Service Coupole on 19th December. They were no response from Galaries La Fayette since then.
As a consumer, I feel unfair in this trading and seems like a consumer scam in it.
I hope Galeries Lafayette could seriously look into this matter as you are such a reputable organisation.

I claimed my VAT at Galeries Lafayette and obtained cash from the machine. At the same time, I had provided my credit card number for guarantee purpose. The reason of that was in case Galeries Lafayette did not received my stamped form from the departure airport, Galeries Lafayette will debit the amount directly from my credit card. I went out of Europe via Heathrow Airport London and the officer-in-charge confirmed with me that she will be mailing the tax form with the custom stamp to Galeries Lafayette and she stamped the form in front of me. Why is it now my credit card had been debited for the same amount that I had entitled for the VAT claim? This seems like a tourist scam!!!
