I bought a handbag a few weeks ago and the fur animal skin is rubbing off.
I live in America , how do I exchange or return it
Hi Galeries, I recently went to Paris and bought products from your store and went through the process to complete the VAT forms and such. I went to the airport and got it stamped but did not realise that I needed to send all the forms and receipts back to Galeries Lafayette to get the money back (via card). I accidently threw away the envelope as I did not realise this.
I left the EU via Greece and they only told me this at the end.
Could you please confirm what the mailing address is and who I should address it to ensure it goes to the right department and claim my Tax Refund? It is a substantial amount so I want to ensure it is done correctly and leave with a great impression of Lafayette.
Thanks and your prompt response will be greatly appreciated.
Hello. Does each participant actually mix the ingredients and bake the macarons in an oven? Thank you.
We will be in Paris for one day, mainly to see the Eiffel tower lit up at night. But while we are there, what is the best way to get around the city? we will be coming in by train from London. is any one familiar with bus #24 route. we would like to shop, eat and enjoy the city. shopping and a budget and splurging. what are some of the best places to do both? Thanks
We have visited Galaries La Fayette in December and had make purchases at Louis Vuitton amounting to €3,580. We were told by the sales represetative in Louis Vuitton that we will be getting back a 12% of tax refund. Unfortunately, the tax refund department at Galeries La Fayette only keyed in the refund of €35.40 out of €429.60.
I wrote to the customer service department of Galaries La Fayette and they had promised to refund the remaining. I had submitted all bank information to the person in charge named Richard BEKDOUCHE from Customer Service Coupole on 19th December. They were no response from Galaries La Fayette since then.
As a consumer, I feel unfair in this trading and seems like a consumer scam in it.
I hope Galeries Lafayette could seriously look into this matter as you are such a reputable organisation.
