I've noticed that many (if not most) of the questions are answered by "Iberostar Hotels & Resorts Customer Service", and the response invariably asks the questioner to "contact the hotel directly for detailed information". Instead of asking the questioner to make an additional contact to get an answer, why doesn't a member of the Management Team of the HOTEL ITSELF answer the question? That way, we all get to see the answer rather than the just questioner? Just a thought!
It's a shame the hotel only seems to comment on very favourable reviews. Such a shame also when you are welcomed like celebrities but when you leave (and have paid your money) nobody wants to know!!! After 3 years of staying in Iberostar hotels (which was nicely acknowledged) I'm very disappointed there is no response to recent reviews.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a return transfer to and from Malaga airport and price? Thanks
