We are staying at this hotel in February. There are 5 of us. Will the hotel shuttle pick us up at LAX? Is there a cost? Someone mentioned that there are lots of places for dinner on Pine St. Is it very far to walk to them? My friend and I are seniors and tire easily. The other 3 with us are much younger.
I just wondered if your shuttle also goes to the LA Pier in San Pedro, Pier 93 or if it just services the Long Beach Pier. Thanks
Hi, this is a response to the manager Mike. I am posting as a question, because I was not able to reply to his response. I resent the implication that my photos are old. I will confirm that the counter tops did appear new, but my review was not about counter tops. The only time I have ever stayed at this hotel, or been in Long Beach, for that matter, was on July 17, 2017. July 17, 2017 was when I took the pictures of the rusted bottle opener and rusted tissue dispenser in the bathroom. July 17, 2017 was when I took the pictures of the fire hazard created by the surge protector. I was plugged into another surge protector, while grounding rod was left hanging out. The set-up was done, so that all of the appliances (t.v., microwave, and coffee pot) were all plugged into one outlet. July 17, 2017 was the evening I took the picture of the handicap accessible room with a door that could not open to accommodate a wheelchair.
Hi, we arrive at Union Square station via Amtrak, what is the best way to get to your hotel ? How much is a taxi ?
Does the hotel provide shuttle service from LAX. If so is there a fee? And is there a time limit for when it runs?
