Do they offer those cheese augratin potatoes that Texas De Brazil has?!?
How much are the meals?
Do they serve sides like mashed potatoes or anything other than just receiving meat?
Yesterday we attended Chama Gaucha for dinner at the Houston location and while the food was very good as expected we left with a very sour taste because we were literally robbed at gun point when it came to settle our bill. We paid with a preloaded Visa card good for a total of $289.61, our total dinner bill was $241.33, but when Lupillo our server presented us with the bill, he first said that we had a credit for $9.00 to be applied to his tip but in the shuffle he changed his story to saying that it was wrong and that we were short on $9.00 asking for the $9.00 plus his tip. I was never satisfied with his attitude and self-created confusion therefore when I got home I call the Visa card and they told me that the amount charged by Chama Gaucha was in effect $ 289.60 (I have written proof of this fact) and to top it all off, Lupillo granted himself a generous additional tip of $20.00 Cash. Details and dishonesty like this result in angry clients; I will try to get my money back from Gama Gaucha and of course I will never visit any of their locations, another good place totally spoiled by dishonest employees
