Hello! My husband and I used to stay at Harvest Drive for years. We stopped staying there several years ago when the customer service went way downhill. The person behind the counter who checked us in looked like he hated us, and there was no longer an option to have a fridge in our room. And to tell the truth, there were only 4 or 5 channels that came in on the tv.
We've always loved staying at Harvest Drive, but we're kind of afraid of what we'd find. Can you tell me in any way that things might be different than they were 6 years ago?
Good morning last night my wife and I wanted to stay here hotel we looked it over I liked everything about it was going to come up today and stay for two nights we wanted a king-size bed there was no king size bed we opted for the room with the two queen size beds it showed there was rooms available in queen size we punched it in reserved for two nights only to get a response as the rooms are not available all you have is double beds after being disappointed that we couldn't stay and enjoy your facility we have now booked in another hotel went back on today and it shows that the room with two queen size beds are available for them tonight I do not understand why it would not book me very disappointed we usually come up 2 Lancaster or 4 or 5 times a year we also come up on the motorcycle and look for places that you can park in front of the room which it looks like you have you would have had it tonight stay out of us this time tried to book it last night this trip advisor and a hotline and all that stuff I tried to get in touch with you personally just would like to know an answer the $84 a night was the right price maybe we can do something in the future will be waiting for your response
I would like to know if there is a place close to the hotel to rent bicycles, we would like to ride with our small dogs.
