Should you make reservations for the Charter House? Also how is the view if you are not seated at the window?
Looking at Google Maps and Streetview, it doesn't appear that access to the tower for handicapped people is simple. Parking looks miles away (relatively) as is public transit access. How close can a cab get? It looks like a drop-off and then a long walk through gardens and pathways.
Anyone have some insight? The web site for the tower and restaurants is completely silent on this aspect, which worries me.
Where do you find package deals that include the tower, riverwalk, and sightseeing bus? Thanks for the other answers!
Do you pay extra for dinner if you want to have a starch and a salad with an entrée, or does an entrée come with anything besides the basic item?
