Sandals Halcyon Beach Resort Questions & Answers

London, United Kingdom

We have booked a crystal lagoon walk out swim up club level room...but based on our last visit we aren’t sure if it is truly a swim up. Has anyone had one of these rooms and is it truly a swim up room? Thank you!

For us we had our private plunge pool with waterfall which was so awesome and u can actually swim naked if u wanted to Lol! Whereas the crystal lagoon swim up. Is like ur own mini pool that u can walk up directly to ur patio essentially. But this type is more open and visible to people walking by. But it looked nice when we walked by but it’s just not as private if that’s what you’re looking for.

I agree with the last two answers. They are nice rooms, but the pools are plunge pools.

I agree with Danny they’re more of a plunge pool, I only saw these ones that were 3 rooms together with the pool in front , the sandals Barbados has swim up pool in crystal lagoon rooms

I didn't stay in one of those rooms but saw quite a few of them walking around the resort. Technically they are swim-up rooms but the pool isn't very big (at least the ones that I saw). They are also bunched together with 2 or 3 other rooms in one building, and the pool is shared between those rooms. So while it is a swim-up room, you don't have your own private pool. The current pictures on the website are a pretty accurate representation.
