You have the option of all-inclusive which costs more or you can chose to pay as you go, cook in your place or eat off the resort.

You can opt for all inclusive food and drinks - well worth it in my view. You get all watersports inc water skiing included. Spa is free to use - but treatments of course you pay for

You need to purchase an all-inclusive meal plan, which includes food and drinks. If you have a car, you may want to eat out in gros islet or castries as there are wonderful restaurants to be found. If you don't rent a car, the all inclusive plan would be worth it as there are no big markets within walking distance. The spa is not included.

The Spa is not included in AI but all watersports are as well as food and drinks. Jammers (and I think Embers) is open all day for food and snacks. The other restaurants like upper deck and papa dons are open in the evenings. UpperDeck is very good but there will be some supplements in some of the menu..

It depends which "travel package" you buy. The spa isn't included at all. Drinks, eats and beach sports can be all-inclusive if you purchase an "all-inclusive" package. That's what I recommend. It's worth it!

They offer both packages but i believe spa services are separate but it is sooo worth it. If you go to the Spa be sure to ask for Herbert...his hands are truly magic.
