We are have booked Good Day Charters for next year. We have 2 children, ages 13 and 14. What are some good tour stops to include that they would enjoy?
Sydney’s Peace and Love for lunch! Amazing Caribbean lobster meal and self serve bar, and they prefer you to leave your mark somewhere on the bar.
All of the other suggestions were good, but I would definitely say the pizza boat is a MUST.
Definitely stop at Norman Island for lunch and a souvenir shirt. Sandy Spit for the amazing sand beach and Soggy Dollar Bar for the fun experience of seing their dad wade in with dollars in his pocket, that will be totally *soggy¨ when he buys a drink for himself and their mom - then before leaving Soggy Dollar buy the kids a shirt. Prepare for the fun of this famous bar by googling from Travel Channel a program of Soggy Dollar Bar.
That's what we did this year with our 14 year old, and she loved it. The hoodies that she bought there have hardly come off since returning to Denmark.
We didn't do the pizza boat - it seems like a crowded party boat.
Maho Bay and other amazing St John beaches are best done on a day trip to St John.
We have seen amazing photos also of Anegada, and would do that next time we visit and go out with Good Day Charters
Snorkeling off of Maho beach in St. John was fabulous and easy. Definitely try and head to Sandy Spit first as you have an island all to yourselves. Make sure you save some time at the end of the trip for pizza pi as well. Nothing like pizza at the end of a day ib the water and the kids will love it.
