What is the Omni offering in the way of COVID testing for those flying back to the US? And, are they accommodating those that test positive with free rooms during quarantine like other resorts are offering?

Thank you for contacting us. It is always a pleasure to assist you.

As part of our health and safety measures, Omni Cancun Hotel & Villas, will be offering free COVID-19 antigen tests; and PCR tests at an additional cost. The program will launch on January 23rd, and for guest comfort, the test will be available at the at the resort. Guests could schedule the appointment upon check-in. If any Guests testing positive for COVID-19 will receive a discounted nightly rate of $15usd per person, per night (plus taxes), while they quarantine of 14 days.

We will be updating any additional change.

We didn’t look into COVID testing so I could not tell you. It was the safest my wife and I have felt since pandemic started while we were there. Safer than anywhere we have been in US since pandemic
