It appears from reviews that you are continuing to provide excellent service. However, I noticed something in a recent Tripadvisor review by "Carol P" that appears to be an error, so I sent the message below to her just before sending this one to you.
"Was it your mistake to assign only 1 star to your rating when you actually praised the experience? If so, should you edit your review to have the rating match the narrative?"
Thanks for doing this. It sure helps to keep our rating up which is very important. We hope to see you back some day.
Good pick up Farrell!!! Don and Fernando absolutely deserve five star! Must be the push of a wrong button. We have thoroughly enjoyed our three visits this year, can't wait to return!!!
