a few questions about the wine tasting menu
1. has anyone ever gone for the 7 course wine/food pairing..... what was your experience like? any good, worth it?
2. for the restaurant.... i see it is $125 for the meal and $95 for the matching wines... are there 7 matching wines?.... what kind of pour do we receive?....... if we are not big drinkers but want to experience the matching wines can the pairings wines be shared?
Good day Sylvain G.
Thank you for your question.
The wine pairing and our tasting menu is a wonderful dining experience. I actually suggest the 9 courses menu, which is superior by adding the delicious foie gras and a granite.
We serve 6 glasses of wine with the 7 courses menu and 7 glasses with the 9 courses menu including a glass of champagne (for the aperitif) but they are not full glasses.
It represent about half of bottle of wine for each person.
It is possible to share the wine pairing as well.

Hi Sylvain. I echo Egailaman's comments. The restaurant has a nice wine inventory and the food is excellent. We had an excellent dining experience when we were there. Enjoy.
Sorry Sylvain I cant be of any help as I have not had the opportunity to enjoy the wine/food pairing. The only thing I can say is that they have an extensive selection of wines and the food is excellent.
