I have a few questions, my partner booked, but I wanted to check a few things. Which is the nearest tube station? Do you have to go to somewhere else to check in? The web site we booked through suggests that you have to go somewhere else? How much is the deposit you need to put on your card? Do they have a contact number? Is there free transport from the train station? Sorry about all the questions but we will be going with someone who has just had her hip done and I don't want her to be walking around if I can help it, at least if I know she wait wait somewhere and we can get the keys and on the right tube line. Many thanks.
I remember that it said if you arrive before 11am or after 11pm you have to go elsewhere to pick up the key. We came in on the Heathrow Express, and walked down to the hotel. This is not the tube station. Paddington tube is across the road from Paddington Station. Takes about 10 minutes to the hotel. I just went into Expedia, and it says there is a free train station pick up...something to enquire directly with the hotel.
The answer above covers it except we were there in June and Lancaster Gate tube station was closed would pay to see if it is open now so Bayswater or Paddington are the ones to use and they are both a good 10 to 15 min walk away.
Hi, you check in at reception in the apartments, I booked thru an agent so paid up front. Their phone no is 0207 262 7021the nearest tube station is Lancaster Gatand there is no free transport from the station but you can get a cab which shouldn't cost too much as its only 0.3 miles
