We are looking to come here in September. would it be ok to come early o a Saturday morning leave the car and get into oxford. on the Sunday we would like to check out then spend an hour or so relaxing in the pool is that ok
Thanks for your questions.
Yes, it is absolutely fine to either leave your car at the hotel and get a bus or taxi into Oxford, or alternatively, when you arrive, ask at Reception and they will get you a permit to park at our sister hotel, and you can walk into Oxford from there. Regarding utilising the Leisure facilities after you have checked out at 11.00am; this too is absolutely fine, as you can use the changing facilities there.
We look forward to welcoming you to stay in September.
Hi - that's what we did - arrived early, told the receptionist we were here and it was fine to leave car in car park. They booked a taxi that cost £10.00 into Oxford. We checked in when we got back from our trip.
I don't know about the second part I'm afraid, but I'd imagine they'd be fine with it, give them a call.
Nice place though and would recommend restaurant.
From our experience that would be fine. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel grounds. Big hotel car park so not a problem.
Sounds like a perfect plan
Why don't you ask the hotel?
It was easy to get to oxford. We used the park & ride but the hotel will also five you a permit to park in their central sister hotel.
The pool wasn't great & in need of a refurb. Nowhere really to lounge or chill either.
thanks Jonathan I have put another AAQ on here
