I sent email to the hotel few days ago , got no reply yet? Is the hotel usually that late in replying back to guests?
I used mainzregency at hyattcom, that's the only email I found on their website , I didn't find any reservation of other department email
In general, Europe does not have as quick customer service as the states.
My personal experience is that they are quite efficient in replying. Which email address did you use to contact them? I would suggest that you write to their reservation department or the general manager directly. I hope this helps. Warmest wishes.
TBH I find that a bit annoying! I wrote them on Twitter and won't call now as we are arriving late January
I too emailed them to tell them we were bringing pets. They did not respond, when I called they said they got my message and everything was in order. I find tgat Germans pride themselves in efficiency and they will often not call you back as they are good at taking care of requests. But I would still call.
Get an answer from Hyatt Regency Mainz staff and past guests.
