Yes! And it's so delicious. They prepare it table side. It is a real treat to have a delicious meal and enjoy the history.

That is what I understand, by menas of another reviewer and the statements of the restaurant manager. It is a great fettuccini, but quite an amount, at least for me.

No it is not, I own a website where I write about restaurants. After I reviewed this restaurant, I received an message from the grand son of Alfredo: (I tried to paste it here but it's not possible)

that this restaurant has been from Alfredo for a couple of years but that they serve the original

in: il Vero Alfredo(Alfredo di Roma) en that you will recognize the restaurant about the famous golden cutlery what they own.

But I have to say I enjoyed the dish anyway.

Alfredo di Lelio created the fettuccine Alfredo

Jos restaurant and now run by his nephew snd is at Piazza imperatore Augusto 30.. They give no course there but Alfredo alla Scrofa does.

The original red recipe books of Alfredo are on display on shelves and behind glass in the restaurant
