Hi it includes entrance to the Vatican museum and Basillica. You need a separate ticket to climb the dome and need to queue again for this but that’s it.

One price. You meet them on the stairs outside of the Vatican museums, and the rest of the tour just follow them. They will separate you into your groups (what language you speak), introduce you to your guide, your guide will then give you your head set to make sure you hear them properly-work out any kinks in your audio if you have them, then take you to a side entrance-passed all of the insanity. You will stick right behind your guide and keep marching, until you are inside the museum, and that is that-they already have the tickets purchased to cover the number in their group and swipe them as you walk through. Once you are inside the museum's- you are in the "Vatican". It's just one thing from there on. After your tour is over, you can stay inside St. Peter's as long as you want, but there is not retracing your steps back into the papal apartments, Sistine Chapel, museum-it's a one way street. Once you walk down the steps of St. Peter's into the square-that's it.
